This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home invites you to experience the best of beachside living, complete with a private backyard oasis, tiki bar, and propane grill. 12-min drive into Historical Downtown St. Augustine. Dog-friendly property.

MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, TV w/ Amazon Firestick, Walk-in closet, Small work desk w/ 2x chairs, Ensuite master bathroom w/ shower, Double vanity (SLEEPS 2)

GUEST BEDROOM 1: 2X Twin beds, Closet (SLEEPS 2)
GUEST BEDROOM 2: Twin bed w/ twin trundle that raises to make a queen bed, Closet (SLEEPS 2)
GUEST BATHROOM: Located between the guest bedrooms and has a stand-up shower.
LIVING ROOM: Sofa for 3 people, Roku TV, Electric fireplace, Accent chair, Coffee table.
KITCHEN: All electric stainless-steel appliances, Standard drip coffee machine, Toaster, Blender, Reverse osmosis (RO) drinking water system tap at the kitchen sink, Countertop bar with 3x bar stools.
DINING ROOM: Dining room table for 6 people.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Stackable washer & dryer are available for guests – Detergent is provided.
PRIVATE BACKYARD: Fully fenced backyard, Tiki bar w/ 8 seats, Propane grill, Adirondack Chairs, Outdoor shower, Water hose to wash off after the beach, Outdoor bistro table w/ 4 seats.
PATIO: 2x Rocking chairs.
PARKING: Fit 3 standard vehicles in the driveway.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: A pet fee of $148.00 is requested once booking has been confirmed and it covers up to 4 dogs for the entire stay - Prior to reserving the property, please communicate that you will be bringing a pet(s) for approval. We request guests with pets to bring pet blankets for your pets to use when staying at the home. Any damage found during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest to fix or replace the broken item. NO CATS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.

PUBLIC BOAT RAMP: Usina Boat Ramp is a public boat ramp and has plenty of parking. Additionally, the ramp is located 2 streets north of the home.

Darling beach cottage

This property is adorable. Just a very short walk to the beach, to 2 seafood restaurants with great ambiance. The beds are nice and comfortable. The fridge makes round ice, which I loved. We enjoying sitting outside and listening to the oceans. Very nice / quiet neighborhood, friendly folks. Well stocked kitchen. I booked this home for out of town family and they love it, I will definitely book again.
