Welcome to this updated fourplex. Located in beautiful downtown Colorado Springs. This converted Victorian house still holds some its old charm and quirks with all the modern conveniences. We are located blocks away from Colorado College, Old North End, Monument Valley Park, coffee shops, restaurants, and I-25. This studio apartment is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers!

This newly updated, beautifully decorated studio downtown apartment has beautiful natural light and a newly updated kitchen. With fast Wi-Fi this apartment is a great space for business travelers or those who want to spend a night in relaxing and watching Netflix. You will be located walking distance to a free shuttle that can take you to all downtown restaurants, shops, and breweries.
This unit has its own bathroom with shower, kitchen, living space, and bedroom. You will be provided with fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like soap, toilet paper etc.
Access to the house and to the apartment will be keyless. While the entry is shared but the space your unit will be completely private. This unit is on the first floor of the building. The access code will be provided to you when you on the day you check in.
You will have access to our front porch. Enjoy the beautiful weather Colorado has to offer. Sit back and relax with your morning coffee or an evening night cap.
Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer. They are open for use for our guest from 9am until 9pm, and must be complete by 10pm. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided.
Parking street parking and is first come first serve.
This is a fourplex that has a mixture of short-term rentals and long-term tenants (please be mindful).
While we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge. Check with us the day before to see if we can accommodate your request.
While this fourplex doesn’t have central AC, there is a window unit during the summer months.
No pets or kids allowed at this time- we are sorry!

No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
** Some quirks of our 100+-year-old fourplex**
The apartment isn’t completely level. There are places in the apartment where the floor has dipped a little. Please be mindful.
Doorways are shorter than newer homes, if you are tall you might need to duck while going through them.
This is one of four units in an old Victorian house. You may hear noise from other guests or tenants due to the age of the house.
No parties are allowed at this property. Only guests that are confirmed on the booking are allowed at the property. If there will be any additional guests during your stay, they need to be confirmed with host prior to being on the property.
