Enjoy your newly remodeled private suite with off-street parking and private entrance. Ideally located on the Westside with a 10-15 min walk to historic Old Colorado City breweries, restaurants & shopping (or a 2 min drive!). 7 min drive to Garden of the Gods. 5-10 min to downtown Colorado Springs with the new Switchback FC Soccer Stadium, Olympic Museum, Colorado College, & more!

This entirely separate suite is attached to a house with full-time residents. Because of shared walls, there is a chance you may hear the adjoining family, and because we live in a busy neighborhood, you may hear an occasional loud vehicle drive by as well as neighborhood pets.

For your safety, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm and exterior cameras on premises.

This room was absolutely amazing. Was super comfy place to chill and was perfect for me and my wife. Location was extremely convenient, close to all the shops and good restaurants. Room gets hot at night, if you’re one who can only sleep when it’s cold. Highly recommend if you’re wanting something for a good price and you are visiting alone or with your spouse!

We enjoyed our stay in this little place attached to the main house. The location was great! It was very easy to get to all the touristy spots we visited. Getting in & out of the driveway was tricky. You have to make sure you don’t go over the curb & a lot of times the traffic was heavy from both directions. Bed & love seat were comfy. I would suggest putting a fluffy cushion on the big wooden box in the living room so you could lay down as the love seat is too short. There are plenty of pillows & a throw. The curtains in the living room are sheer & you can see right through them. Absolutely no privacy & that really bothered us. Need to put blinds or shades behind the curtains. And you must remember to shut the bedroom door when dressing as you can see straight in there!! Also would recommend putting a couple of chairs outside to sit in, even bag chairs to take in & out would have been nice. There is a big step up into the bathroom which might be a problem for someone, but it was fine for us. There’s no view of the mountains from the house, but the weather was so much cooler & it would have been really nice to sit outside a little. The house was furnished well & had everything we needed. The house is all refinished & the decor cute.

Victoria's Vrbo was extraordinary. It was a small 1-bedroom, but the thoughtfulness of the design and the amentities were over-the-top. It looked cute in photos, but was much more pleasing to the eye than the listing shown. Actually COZY, not just small. Very clean (a must!) And great special touches: A stamped postcard in the desk drawer, Everything you might need to fix tea and coffee (or other hot beverages) in her pod coffee-maker....including many pods of both! Little snacks. Napkins, paper towels, dishes. No kitchen, but microwave worked & mini fridge held everything -- even came with fresh 1/2 & 1/2 and cold bottled water stocked. TV worked like a charm & list of channels provided. The couch was perfect for two to get cozy while watching, but my husband & I used it to go through the best amenity together--a professional-looking binder made by Victoria with Welcome information specific to her condo, like who she was with her photo (she lives next door) and that we might hear chickens and her dog sometimes (we loved hearing the chickens in the morning, but never saw nor heard her dog). Any question we had was answered in this binder. Plus tons of brochures/maps about the surrounding area in page protectors in the back. The bathroom was brand new and also equipped with everything one needs, much like an upscale hotel. Terrific shower! Plenty of hangers. Great location for everything - we walked to breakfast in Old Colorado City! Definitely returning!

Beautiful place to stay. Super close to all the major attractions we wanted to do. Victoria is very helpful and makes you feel welcomed to the coty and her home. We(2 adults) stayed for 8 nights and we were plently comfortabe in this apartment.

Wonderful spot for a couple looking to explore Colorado Springs. Short walk, or shorter drive, to downtown old Colorado city. Quick drive to both pikes peak and Garden of the Gods. The space was small, but both tidy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends, and will stay again if we return to the area.

Cute comfortable VRBO

We were pleased at how easy it was to get to our destinations from this very comfortable home. If you plan to cook, and eat meals there are limitations, but we used the microwave and drank the coffee provided. Overall, we had a comfortable place to come back to after sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable!
