I'm 35 and have gone to this house since before I can remember. It's what Pawleys used to be. This house is all about what the grand marketeers call "togethering'.
Ironically, I manage beach houses for a living too. I have lived in the area since 1993. Prior to that we only came here to stay at this house on vacation.
I have lived in Charleston and Columbia but always make my way back to good old Pawleys Island.
You can catch me at the PIT (Pawleys Island Tavern), Frank's or Bistro about any weekend.

Why they chose this property
My grandfather chose to because it was $1,300 for the lot in 1956. His friends thought he was nuts.
What makes this property unique
Water water everywhere, nor any drop to drink...Sunsets and sunrises, both over water.
