Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Don’t use bleach on the colored towels. Don’t take linen with you when you leave. I’ve had a lot of people take linen. I don’t have time to replace it because of the location between bookings.
Lock the font and back door when you leave.
If you turn up the spa heat, please turn spa back to 90 when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect place for a mother daughter weekend.

Every detail of the house is so lovely and unique. I highly recommend this place for older kids/adults. It’s peaceful and full of charm.

Super Cute House

The property was so clean and comfortable. Perfect for a quick getaway for the two of us. Would definitely recommend staying here for a kid-free trip.

Comfortable and organized!

What a wonderful property! The beds were so comfortable and everything was charming! The garden is amazing and such a nice treat. It was lovely to jump into the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Everythihg was organized and so easy to use in the house.

Beautiful home

The house was comfortable, clean and the backyard was wonderful. We walked to restaurants and to the bakery. The kitchen was awesome and well stocked. Enjoyed the coffee and cream in the mornings! Location was perfect and easy to get to Mount Shasta, McCloud falls, and Lake Shasta! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time in this charming house. You immediately feel like you are home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you might need to cook. We also took advantage of the spa. Mornings were spent in the backyard nestled between gardens and beautiful mountain views. The location was perfect with the market one block away. We walked into town everyday and did hikes that were around the area.

Exceptional in every way!

The Garden House has such an amazing vibe. Beatuiful gardens, awsome sweet seating areas inside and out. The premesis was charming, intimate and safe. The house itself has everything you could need in the kitchen incase you forgot a spice or two. This vintage homes is completly updated and just feels so cared for. Beds and couches were ultra cozy. Nice Tv's, and fast wi fi. So glad i choose this place it really is spectacular.
