Situated on a large forested lot, this is a wonderful place for family fun. Kids will love the playground and exploring the property. You can overlook the yard and playground from the large wrap around deck. Prepare your meals on the gas BBQ. and enjoy with comfortable outdoor dining. Take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. We clean and preform maintenance regularly on the hot tub and make every effort to ensure this accommodation is available to you. Due to the rough weather conditions of Far Norther California, the electrical grid and appliances connected to them take a beating as well as other issues such a frozen / cracked pipes. This is a remote part of the state with major parts houses and service tecs over a hour away. We understand the hot tub is a primary amenity guest are looking for and due our utmost best to make sure its available when you arrive.
