The location is perfect for enjoying multiple activities that the area provides, INCLUDING, Palm Island Resort amenities, effective 1/1/2026 - Free ferry to the island (pickup just outside the unit) beach access with beach chairs provided at no cost. Kayak rental, Rum Bay restaurant, golf cart rentals and much more. This is the heart of world class fishing. Late spring/early summer is tarpon time! Come live the good life in paradise.

Great condo and setting for Christmas. Easy to get to Boca. Always wanted to stay in the area and it was an amazing experience. Smokin Jerrys and Cool Pickle were great. Thanks so much.

Nice condo is located in a marina that is still damaged from a hurricane. The condo itself is not damaged, however the surrounding area does not look like the pictures posted. The pool was closed and looked like it had been for sometime, and we were not notified of this until 2 days prior to our stay.We were provided a refund of 20% off nightly rate. The location is close to multiple beaches about 10-20 minute drive. The condo itself is small but clean, could use some updating and there is no porch, it appears it was converted to part of the unit. The sliders would not open, so we were unable to let in the fresh air. Overall I would say that the condo was nice, older but clean however the description and current pictures are not representative of the current condition of the area and amenities. The host was responsive and appreciate the refund due to the pool being closed.
