Our stay at the High Frontier Resort was only 3 days in the middle of the week, so we had the entire place to ourselves. Check-in was quick and easy, as our room keys were waiting and available at the door. Maggie (our hostess) stopped by the next day for a quick introduction and to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is a larger acreage ranch with several separate homes and studio style lodging. The views of the surrounding Davis Mountain area are incredible, especially from Studio #3, which is where we were. The studio itself was extremely comfortable with a great bed, bathroom and wet bar area, which included a mini fridge and microwave. The ranch/resort is about 5-10 minutes from downtown Ft. Davis for reference. We will definitely be back!
