Kick back in this sunny, spacious executive home in one of Bellingham’s best neighborhoods. Within walking distance to downtown Fairhaven (cafes, shops and restaurants) as well as some of the area's best trails and parks, the 3,500 SF+ home delivers incredible privacy, gorgeous sunsets and incredible views of Bellingham Bay and the San Juan Islands. Magical fenced yard is filled with winding paths, a play house and over a dozen fruit trees.

Newly remodeled with 4 bedrooms / 3.5 baths, a huge chef's kitchen, an open floor plan and a west facing, ocean view deck primed for cocktail hour and family BBQs. There is also a separate office space and a big family / TV room with cozy built-in bunk beds and tons of games (legos, laser tag, nerf guns, board games, puzzles and much more).

Bedroom 1: queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3: two twins, split king or second home office with a day bed. Bedroom 4: full bed.

Bellingham has been awarded one of the nation's top adventure towns by Outdoor Magazine, Nat Geo and the Matador Travel Network. It is ~1.5 hour drive from both Seattle WA and Vancouver BC.
