We would like to welcome you to our family beach house located in the private gated community of Ocean Lakes Family Campground. This safe (24 hour security) and family friendly community is full of amenities. There is something for everyone to enjoy:

Our charming cottage has all the comforts of home. Our home features a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Hallway Bathroom (with shower/tub combo), Open Living Room with 2 Sleeper Chairs (convert into twin sized beds for extra sleeping spaces), Galley Kitchen (with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, etc), Breakfast Nook (with room for 4, we also have provided 2 TV dinner trays), 2nd Bathroom (with shower stall), and 2nd Bedroom with Twin Bunk Beds.

We provide complimentary high speed internet and there are 3 TV's with cable (one in master bedroom, bunk bed room, and living room). We also have a game cabinet with family friendly games. We have provided 2 beach chairs and sand toys to use while enjoying time in the sun. During the summer there is also a rental company on the beach that rents out umbrellas/chairs.

We provide complimentary linen service which includes fresh sheets/pillow cases for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, makeup wash clothes, bathmats, and a set of kitchen towels. The house is inspected before you arrival and it is clean & in order. Upon departure the renter is responsible for washing/replacing all dishes/cutlery and taking garbage bags outside to place in the outside garbage can. There is a comprehensive departure procedures list in our Renter Binder in our home. Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your desired dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

There is NO SMOKING inside the home, no pets, and there is no golf cart included with our rental (you can rent one through Ocean Lakes or bring your own personal golf cart). We do have a security camera on the front porch (above and to the right of the front door). Please don’t cover it or tamper with it in any way. It is motion activated and monitors the front door, porch, and driveway. It will be switched on during your stay.There is room for one vehicle to park in front of the house and additional parking can be found at the overflow lot near the front of the campground.

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund 60+ days before check-in. 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. If less then 30 days before check-in and the owner cannot re-rent the property at full price your rental payment will be forfeited and be retained by the owner as compensation for the time the premises has been held from the rental market.


***Ocean Lakes is a family oriented vacation destination with 24 hour security. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age and only to families/responsible adults. Any violations to this rule or any other Ocean Lakes Family Campground rules will be required to leave immediately without refund. The renter listed must be at the home for the entire rental period. The home cannot be rented by someone on behalf or someone else. You must purchase a $12 a day car pass directly from Ocean Lakes. Passes increase to $15 a day if arrival is less than 10 days from request.***

Adorable Beach Stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It is just a short walk to the beach and other amenities. The house was cozy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. My favorite part was the front porch. It was such an enjoyable spot to sit and relax. I would stay here again!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few days and it was perfect for our family! Very good location within walking distance to everything if you don't want to bring a golf cart along with you. Had everything inside and out that we needed to cook, play at the beach, or relax at the house. Host was very responsive to any questions and very easy to work with. Would definitely book again in the future!

We have enjoyed this cute little beach cottage multiple times. It has always been clean and has a cozy vibe. It is a quick walk to the beach and it has so many things to experience in season and off-season. The campground it is located in always has interesting and fun things going on throughout the year. Outside the gates of the campground, there are many things close by to enjoy, for shoppers, outdoorsman, and fun seeker alike. We loved the strong family vibes from this community. Amazing getaway for a couple or family!

It was a really cool experience

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a delightful gift basket on the table, brimming with an assortment of snacks and a bag of popcorn. To our delight, two cold bottles of water were also provided, a refreshing contrast to the scorching heat outside and the room temperature water we had with us. Additionally, we were given a comprehensive list of things to remember upon our departure, a binder filled with crucial information, and a spacious blue tote bag, perfect for collecting all our towels and sheets for checkout day. The house stayed cool all the time and it was probably the best thing about the trip. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this place and would definitely return. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find ice cubes ready for use.

Quaint cottage getaway

Oh what a wonderful time we had staying at this cute home! We love Ocean Lakes to begin with but staying at N20A made it even more enjoyable! The house is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The owners really go above and beyond making sure you have what you need. It was so nice not having to pack beach toys and chairs since they were supplied by the house. Our children were also big fans of the checkers game in the house and the infamous sleeper chairs in the living room. We had a small issue with the ac and Jessica was on it immediately and had someone out to fix it that same day. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and believe you would too! Great location, great house, great owners!

My overall impression of the property is pretty positive. The owners were very AWESOME & seemed to be very nice. They communicated very well & quickly. The house itself was comfortable, inviting, & spacious to a degree. Plenty of dishes & utensils available for use during your stay. Would be GREAT for family with more than a few kiddos(2 twin chair beds in LR, 2 twin bunks, & a queen bed...plus bonus blow up queen in closet for use if needed.) Mostly quiet & peaceful, noone bothered us & no loudness or rude behavior around.(that I was aware of) **minor thoughts on how to slightly improve the experience for future renters** ☆☆Golf cart would be a MAJOR PLUS=more potential renters☆☆(in my case esp.) 1. **Bunk bed room** Add a very small table beside bed(for charging phone, etc.). Also a small lamp(dollar tree) or a push light along side of sink or something to give out a little light other than the main light over the sink. Only b/c we had a 2 & 6 yr old we put to sleep in there & would be disturbing as we use toilet, brush teeth, etc. Again very minor but would help tremendously. 2. Bunk bed room....shower head I feel is too big & bulky for that smallish stand up shower which makes it kind of hard to get it into a position where it can be used to full effect. I feel as tho a smaller head maybe even with a hose extension to spray oneself off would do GREAT!! Just a suggestion, you can get by as is but just a little aggrevating/inconvenient(at least for me & I'm like 5'11").

I grew up visiting Ocean Lakes every year. It always was one of my favorite places and I knew I wanted my own kids to have amazing memories there as well! We picked Ocean Lakes for its family atmosphere, 24/7 security, and wonderful amenities. It is a cozy cottage perfect for a family get away (it is just right for our family of 4). We love playing in the sand, watching the waves, and soaking up that sunshine. If sand isn't your thing you can enjoy all the other amenities the campground has to offer from mini golf, to swimming pools/splash zones, to sport equipment rentals. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
