The condo comes stocked with beach equipment, pack and play, highchair, board games, two sets of pickle ball paddles and balls. Enjoy the spacious patio containing grill and outdoor furniture along with a gated front yard. Have a dip in the pool, located right around the corner from the unit. Conveniently located within a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive/shuttle ride to the private beach at Shipyard Beach Club. Looking to enjoy a round of golf? Shipyard offers 27 beautiful holes of golf with luscious scenery. Located within Shipyard is Sonesta Hotel where guests can enjoy 2 restaurants and spa.
