This building, one of the original Breckenridge condo buildings, is one of the most unique and amenity laden facilities in town. The HOA places tens of thousands of dollars back into the property each year to keep the building in tip-top shape.
This is an exceptionally beautiful and super clean condo in one of the best locations in Breckenridge. The heated garage is one of the lesser known amenities that keeps your car nice and toasty on those super cold Breckenridge evenings.
The apartment was perfect for my family , it had everything we needed to cook lovely meals. It was so nice to relax by the fire on the comfy sofas after a long soak in the jacuzzi bath. The place was so quiet , I was worried that my 1 year old would be disturbed by noise from outside or other apartments be we literally heard nothing . The location is fantastic , so close to the lifts and Main Street . Chris was very helpful and we would stay again !!! Oh and the beds were very comfortable too .
The condo is perfectly situated at the edge of downtown. It made for easy access to eateries, shops, and entertainment. We had a great time exploring Breckenridge and even found hiking trails within walking distance of the condo.
Even with the close proximity to downtown, the condo was very quiet. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space to relax and prepare meals. The view from the deck is fabulous. We enjoyed our coffee there every morning.
Thank you for opening your condo for our stay, Chris!
It is a great condo, really walking distance from the lifts. I would come back one hundred times.
We stayed with my daughter and her husband in a very clean, well equipped, and convenient condo. We were both close to the slopes and town and had a perfect stay. We can't wait to return. Thank you , Chris!
So the plan was to set up an early ski season vaca with a couple of my best buds and their girlfriends when I stumbled across Chris' glorious condo claiming to be within 300 yards of the lift. It became abundantly clear that Chris offered the ultimate combination of best deal, nicest condo, and shortest walk to the lift. Without hesitation I booked my stay at his place and the fun began. I'll keep the facts short. The condo was this man's second home, and it had a very warm homey feel right from the start. The couch is HUGE and amazingly comfortable, which is key for relaxing after shredding all day. The TV (although we didn't use it much) was up to date with full VGA and HDMI hookups. The beds were sufficient, and the master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, although I never used it since there was a 15 person jacuzzi right around the corner. The garage where you park your car is heated which meant that I would just leave my boarding equipment in the car on the way back from the mountain and pick it up the next morning on my way out. It was very nice to be able to warm all of our gloves, neckwarmers, hats, etc. in front of the natural gas fireplace (along with our bodies!) Overall I'd say there is nothing bad to say about this condo or the Host. In fact, Chris was lightning fast in his response time via text or email, he was patient, and he gave good sound advice. Thanks a lot Chris! (on a side note if you are an advanced skier or snowboarder just be warned that this condo is within 300' of peak 9 and most of the tougher and more interesting terrain is off of peak 7 & 8)
Very nice condo in a great location. Walked to town to shop, dine and fish. My only suggestion would be to replace all the bed pillows as they were very flat. Otherwise, a great place to stay and would highly recommend.
