Although this home was below our expectations compared to other VRBO homes we stayed in, the host was easy to contact and was quick to respond. They were even kind enough to help extend our stay at the property after some unforeseen circumstances that arose during our visit.
Home away from home - quaint and peaceful. Host was very accommodating and property manager on site - very convenient. Highly recommended for stay with family.
Central to Beaufort, Parris Island, Lady's Island. Quiet neighborhood. Nice kitchen and living space. Driveway parking. Everything was good.

Very challenging to say the least..
Walking up we couldn’t help but notice a vehicle parked in the yard, (come to find out someone is ACTIVELY living in part of the home) never listed in the rental agreement or the details of the property even though we listed we have small children, very unsettling feeling to know someone has access to the home because the door locked from their side, next the front glass door knob fell off so I had to repair that in order to enter the home, the house was not cleaned before we rented it, dirty clothes under two of the beds, hair in the shower, body hair on the side on the tub ledge, broken toilet seat, the master bed frame is broken so the entire bed is sunk in, I put the slats back once but they continue to fall because the holes are stripped and the slats aren’t long enough, the shower head was spraying water to the ceiling and I put pipe thread tape on it to shower, and cabinet doors falling off. overall the house looks nice but it was very clear to see this property is not being maintained on a regular basis. Mainly what disappointed me was the renter situation and not knowing that up front. If we wanted other people in the same home we could have just went to a hotel or a bed and breakfast but we chose VRBO because the Motto is “why rent a room when u can rent the house” other than the lask of maintenance the stay was nice the house was spacious and stayed very cool, the neighborhood was very nice and very quiet.
