This condo was extremely convenient to get to the lifts in the morning. This was awesome in terms of carrying gear from condo to lifts and being there before they opened so you could be one of the first on piste! It had everything we needed, but we mostly ate out, so we didn't need much in the kitchen. It had a lot of board games, which took up most of the master bedroom's bedside table storage space, so there wasn't a lot of storage for our clothes. We also would have liked having a boot dryer or 2 in the unit. Laundry facilities in all the Olympic Valley condos are shared, none in units. So if you need to do laundry, bring quarters.
Hot tub was a walk to the other building--you could go through the garage or outside, but it feels weird to wander through the Village in your towel & swimsuit so we mostly went through the underground garage.
The common area was comfortable, especially the couch. We had fun hanging out there. The couch would be a comfortable place for people to sleep on if necessary.
The unit, especially the 2nd bedroom, was loud until 9-10PM since it's right above a couple pubs--not great if you have kids who sleep early and lightly. The noise was definitely noticeable in the master bdr as well--wait for the pubs to close or wear earplugs! Light also came into the bedrooms from the slopes even with the blinds closed in the 2nd bdr, so sleep masks were in order there.
I would also say that the unit needs updating--we noticed carpet fraying, older appliances/counters in kitchen & bath. If you pick this place, it's because of its amazing location next to the slopes (and Starbucks, actually) as well as the many many boardgames.
