Our landscaper was expedited to the property to address the concern, and while lawn care is scheduled biweekly, it is subject to weather conditions. We're glad we were able to respond quickly once notified. As for the trash bins, we understand how frustrating that can be. The issue was brought to our attention during your stay, and we worked diligently to resolve it. Unfortunately, the previous guests had left an unusually large amount of trash well ahead of the scheduled pickup day, which created a challenge. We did our best to coordinate with local resources to have it removed as quickly as possible. We truly value guest feedback and are committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-kept space. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We did respond to your concern about an unannounced visitor and want to clarify the details of our communication. We informed you that no one should have entered the property during your stay, and we assured you that no one associated with our company will ever enter without prior notification and your approval. After reviewing the security footage, we did not observe anyone entering the home. We also asked for more details about when and how the visitor might have accessed the property, and we informed you that the last recorded activity was you leaving the property that morning, with no one else entering or exiting since. If you believed someone entered during your stay, we recommended reaching out to local authorities. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you in response to our email. As this concern was brought to our attention, we truly wish the heating issue had been communicated to us during your stay. We would have been happy to have someone from our HVAC company come out or to arrange a space heater or any other assistance to ensure your comfort. Regarding the neighborhood, we understand your concerns, but we don’t have control over it. It’s important for our guests to research the area before booking, and the exact address is provided at the time of booking. Our past guests have not reported any issues with the area.
