Hello, everyone. I am presenting my house for medium term rental. Booking should be for at least 31 days. The house is 3 bedroom two baths with living room, dining room and kitchen, fully furnished with beds and couch. It also has a big deck with some views. The property situated on a big lot of 22,000 with fruit trees. Also, on the lot there is another attached Junior ADU (already rented with tenant) with private entrance and parking, totally separated.
