Three cozy bedrooms featuring a king, queen, full and twin trundle beds as well as a big comfy couch, there is plenty of space to relax. Both bathrooms have showers/tubs and hair dryers. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, making it a fantastic retreat no matter the season. Whether you’re enjoying a backyard bbq with guests and family or exploring nearby, enjoy your home in San Diego. There are toddler toys, crib, highchair and games for everyone. Pets and kiddos are WELCOME!

I have found my niche, lots of time to maintain 3 acres and horses, but I love interacting with people from all over the world. We often go feed horses carrots and give scratches or they stay busy and private.

Why they chose this property

It is a rare find with flat areas for a barn, training, and paddocks. Surrounded by pink mountains, constant breeze and many spectacular sunsets. A huge 100 year old tree shades the house all day. Hawks, birds, rabbits and squirrels are abundant.

What makes this property unique

Just 20-25 minutes to downtown SD and beaches. Lots of animals talking in their cute way. Nice yard for children and pets to play. Perfect for groups and families. Smoking outside is fine!
