With an illuminated open concept living space with a 50" plasma tv, home theater surround sound system, Apple tv, sophisticated furnishing and a vintage dining table for 6. Includes a spacious kitchen with a mármol bar, dish washer machine, and fully equiped kitchen. Also a laundry room with washer/dryer for your convenience.
Two confortable bedrooms, the first one with a doble and a bunk bed with specially choosen Nautica sheets and an adjacent bathroom. Master room with a King size bed, flat screen Tv, bathrrom equipped with a rain shower head, Premium organic toiletries and a hairdryer.
The grand terrace that spans the entire front of the condo has been decorated with a classic marine style with a big living room, grill and a dining table for 6.
Within the center of this paradisaical oasis lies a tremendous infinity pool with an adult-only jacuzzy and shallow kids área; a 24 hours business center and fitness facilities; high speed internet, parking, 24 hours security and a exclusive beach club are a few of the additional conveniences included.
