Located conveniently between Sturgis and Deadwood, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. Easy access to HWY 14a on paved roads. With 1 king bed, 1 Cal King, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bunk bed, our welcoming property provides excellent accommodation for guests. The house features fireplaces in the living spaces upstairs and downstairs, WiFi, heating, AC, fully stocked kitchen, hair dryers, laundry, and outdoor seating galore. You'll find 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, and 1 with a separate bathtub. Whether you're exploring all of the local attractions or relaxing indoors or out, our house is the ideal home away from home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Please make sure fireplaces are off and the remotes say OFF too.
• In summer months please turn thermostat to 80 degrees. In winter months please turn thermostat to 57 degrees.
Make sure the grill/Blackstone is off and the gas is turned off
Take outside garbage can to the end of the driveway pick up day is Wednesday
For your final exit please leave the laundry room door to the garage unlocked and close the garage door by pressing enter on the key pad by the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
