We are across from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort and our back gate leads right to the TPC Champions Golf Course where you can walk 100 yards to the PHX Open!

Stroll through the back gate of our complex, and enjoy a cocktail or light meal on the scenic patio of the Champions Patio Bar. Love watching sports? The new DraftKings Sportsbook with video walls, patio w/firepits, and a beautiful restaurant/bar is right next to us! Venture a bit further and across the street you will find Toro Restaurant & Rum Bar with sweeping views over the 18th hole of the TPC Phoenix Open Golf Tournament.

POOL AREA: Enjoy full access to the large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. There are three deluxe BBQ grills near the pool area that you are free to use.

The whole townhouse is yours to enjoy except for the garage and locked cabinets your host and our cleaners use to store supplies. These locked cabinets are the bifold doors in primary bath, the locked cabinet over the washer/dryer, and center cabinets in the garage. We need to have additional supplies to make the magic happen for each set of guests we host!


• For your safety and ours, the RING doorbell outside the front door monitors and records movement for 30 seconds. Guests are not to tamper with or cover up this device in any way. We respect your privacy and want you to be rest assured that there are no cameras or recording devices inside our home.
We also have a Minut noise monitor that alerts to loud decibel levels, but does not record audio.
