Join us as our guest, at our Queen Creek AZ property! Rob and Barbara, Owners, live in the Main House and recently constructed an 984 sq ft Guest House on the property. Larger Bedrooms with Southern Exposure to the walking trail. Locked gate for easy access to a relaxing walk through our upscale community. Enjoy the pleasure of watching horses through your bedroom patio doors. Master has a King Bed Set, Ensuite is spacious, elegant and offers storage for our longer term guests. Dual Sinks, Walk In Shower. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed set. Both bedrooms have TVs, dressers and good sized closets. Guest Bath has a large vanity and Walk In Shower. The great room sofa is a full sleeper for 2. Kitchen - all brand new Stainless Steel Appliances, Brand New Custom Cabinets and Granite Counters, and Fully Stocked Kitchen. Pub style dining table for 6. Full sized Washer & Dryer. Cable 42" TV & DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Tech Center. Parking in Gated Secured area. North and South facing patios. Cozy stay

Location was perfect for what we had planned for the week. Nice, clean and cozy villa. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Great neighborhood and scenery for early morning walks.

Orchard place Queen Creek AZ.

One of the best VRBO properties that we've been to. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Owners are very hospitable and friendly. Great place.

Southwest wedding vacation

Great place for a small family to stay and explore the ample things to do in this area outside especially in the cooler months. You will hear and see the many wild birds and small animals that showed up every day we were here. The flowering landscape is beautiful. Citrus trees offered fresh lemon and grate fruit as much as we liked.

Lovely stay in Queen Creek

This beautiful casita was exactly as advertised. There was everything that we could have wanted in a vacation rental. The beds were very comfortable. The homeowners were very personable and easy to deal with. We would stay here again if the property were available. Highly recommend!

Oasis Paradise

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. We stayed for about 2 months while we looked for a house to buy. We had all the privacy we wanted. We enjoyed mornings on the patio outside the bedrooms, listening to the birds and watching the bunnies. This is a gorgeous, centrally located neighborhood, with large lots and lots of wildlife. We loved the pool and hot tub and beautiful flower gardens. Resort level but with privacy, peace and quiet.

Almost perfect for our needs.

We would have given this five stars if the pool had been in better order. Once that is corrected it will be much better. The owner had extenuating circumstances.We didn't do much cooking but the frying pan needs to be tossed. We will definitely be back to this beautiful villa when we visit family in the area.

Hidden Gem

If your looking for a comfortable extended stay in the Queen Creek, AZ area this is it! We needed a place to stay while our house was being built in the area. This location was perfect and close to everything you need for a comfortable stay from grocery stores, gyms, movie theaters, coffee, restaurants and more! The owners of this property went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable knowing our situation. The pool was clean and ready for use. The fenced yard was perfect for our pups to run around and explore. The Villa is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. If we ever have any questions the owners have been available to help. We would definitely recommend this Villa to friends and family!

Very well maintained and welcoming.

Very well thought out and functional villa! Easy to feel at home there. Loved the proximity to horses in a well groomed setting. Many dogs in the area but we are dog owners ourselves. If you're not a dog person, you might be annoyed by this. Fabulous bathrooms! Love the walk in showers! Parking is great. Gazebo fun also. Living area a bit small - four people are confortable in the space but we still used desk chair (which was very comfy btw) to not sit oddly in a row on the loveseat. Owners VERY attentive - even brought us their own blender to use! Wow! A patio umbrella might be nice out back but in February we just enjoyed the sun. AND THE CITRUS! Sheets in guest bedroom didn't fit the bed but still worked. :) Having not done a vrbo before I'd say we had a very positive experience and would stay here again! Thank you Rob and Barbara!

Oasis in the Desert

My family and I needed a place to stay while waiting for our home to become move in ready. This place was perfect for us. The host is great and very attentive. For example, he bought pool noodles for our girls and they absolutely loved playing in the pool. It was also they best price of all the other options in the area so it keeps things more affordable. Our kiddos also loved the walking trails and seeing all of the horses on the nearby properties.

Unmet Expectations

When we arrived, we were met by a very unfriendly and hostile neighbor who screamed profanities at us for mistakenly pulling into his driveway instead of the property we rented. (It was dark and we could not see the house numbers). Then we found out that the pool was “not working” after that was the main reason we choose this property. It was filthy, as the pump was broken. It was repaired after about a day and a half but still hadn’t been treated with chlorine, etc. I’m going to try to attach pictures of the bedsheets - they had patched holes in the sheets with iron-on denim patches. The kitchen pans were so covered in rust that there was no way we could use them. We had to initially purchase our own trash bags and toilet paper as they were not provided when we arrived. The electric grill did not work and there were patio chairs you could not even sit in because the seat fabric was so ripped. We communicated our concerns to the groundskeeper as the property owners were not around and we did not want to continue to call them time and time again. The groundskeeper was wonderful and the ONLY reason we didn’t immediately leave. The pictures of the property posted online are outdated and do not even begin to capture the beauty of the area. These are just the major issues we had, there were several more I’m not even going to go into. Initially the property owners were responsive, but eventually just stopped responding to emails altogether. After several weeks of trying to communicate with the owners, we did get a very small refund from our week-long stay but it was VERY minimal.

Rental awesome

Couldn't ask for a better Rental. Sure there was a little glitch with garbage disposal, but over all enjoyed the relaxing stay. We actually got emotional leaving. We didn't want to.

Beautiful stay

Our Beautiful stay In Queens Creek was memorable. Rob was a wonderful host. The hot tub was divine to watch the sunset and the stars every night. Lots of hiking options nearby, and beautiful trails within the subdivision lined with citrus trees. perfect way to recharge. Thank you so much!

An adventure, but a good one

We came into town during a massive thunderstorm/dust-storm. When we finally got to the house from Sky Harbor airport, there were trees down, and a fair amount of exterior damage. Since we were particularly excited to swim (living in the NE part of the US), it was saddening to see the pool full of dirt and debris. We did the best we could to clean it, but it was going to need a lot of work. Rob came in and cleaned everything up quickly and worked hard to do it. The pool was crystal clear within a couple days, and we loved it! A great example of the customer service we found here. The villa we stayed in worked perfect for us. Our 2 daughters shared the one bedroom, and my wife and I the master. The kitchen and eating area was perfect. Not big enough for a family of more than 5 (IMO), but cozy for a family of 4. We loved it. If you are wanting to stay in the SE part of the Valley, this is great. But we even drove into Scottsdale in 45 minutes, because Phoenix has great freeways, and the property is only about 8-10 minutes from 202/60. It's also very close to Queen Creek Marketplace, which has LOTS of good shopping and food. We will certainly reach out again, the next time we are in Phoenix. Thanks Rob for all the work you put into making the best of our stay and the crazy storm that hit on our first night.

Home Away from Home Feeling!

We stayed at this location / casita for over two months’ time and it has been amazing! Our check in was smooth, communication with the owners easy, amenities are amazing! Pictures online do not do the location or the casita justice. It is spacious, has everything you need and things you don’t even think about needing! Owners are helpful and great about keeping pool area clean and accessible. They are so accommodating while also making it feel like they don’t even live in the house right by you. They are sweet and easy overall! My kids, husband and I chose to the stay at that casita after moving back to area from North Carolina and while waiting for our home to be built. This casita has felt like home, we have loved the pool, loved the patio for watching the sun go down and watching the horses in the back, loved going for walks around the neighborhood, and thoroughly enjoyed the ease of living within the casita - cable, great internet access for working from home, dishes and cookware along with the gate for entering and leaving the casita! Truly our home away from home and we will miss the neighborhood, owners, and carry this experience with us. My mom visited with us when we first arrived and she is ready to reserve the casita for her next visit, if not already booked! We highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

The casita is very comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved the outdoor sitting areas and it was fun to watch the horses across from us. There are nice paths to walk on throughout the Orchard Ranch development and we also enjoyed hiking in the nearby San Tan Park. Rob was an excellent host. We hope to return someday.

Rob and Barbara reside on property in Queen Creek AZ. After purchasing the home in early 2015, we decided to build a guest house to offer all the luxuries of AZ country living to our guests. All professional construction. Just completed. While we'll be onsite, both Rob and Barbara work full time, so access to the hot tub and pool will be with near complete privacy.

We chose to live in Queen Creek and to build a house for vacationing guests to share the spaciousness and beauty of Arizona country living.
