Shawn’s house was fantastic! He is a wonderful host—very communicative and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us, especially since my kids live in San Tan Valley. The home itself is very spacious, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which made it incredibly comfortable. As someone who enjoys cooking to save money on dining out, I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and propane grill—it had everything we needed. The heated pool was a standout feature—so relaxing and peaceful. It really added to the overall experience.I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Shawn’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

The house was beautiful and clean. We found it well stocked with general supplies and kitchen utensils. Shawn was a gracious host and very responsive, answering any questions we had promptly. I enjoyed swimming in the pool each day especially since the weather was unusually warm during our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house and the Queen Creek area.

The house was nice and clean. Pool was cleaned while we were there. Unlike many rentals, there was paper towels, dish washer pods, spices, toilet paper- things I think should be in a rental. It is nicely updated. Comfortable beds. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Easy to get around. Instructions were very clear and easy. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Nice place to stay

The house was just what we were looking for in the Arizona sun. We stayed here for the month of February. The pool was heated very nicely and the house was adequately supplied. The property owner was very easy to communicate with.

Quiet, relaxing, close to everything

Good contact with host before we arrived. Easy check in. Problem with the pool on check in day but Shawn was on top of it and got it fixed. Close to santan parkthat has hiking and bicycle trails. Traffic heavy at times but can get around fairly easy. Great stay overall.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Sean was a great host and responded to anything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen had all appliances and the living room was very comfortable. I didn’t have issues with anything at all. You will enjoy the stay if you decide to use Sean’s property. I recommend it.

Great spot

This property was in a great location for us. Near golf, friends and plenty to do. We spent multiple evenings at the golf course for excellent food and music. Shawn was excellent at answering my questions. Amenities were very good at the house.

Unfortunately, this was by far the dirtiest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The refrigerator was full of expired food left behind from previous guests, which immediately raised concerns about how thoroughly the property had been cleaned before our arrival. The carpets were heavily stained and dirty throughout the home, and we found loose hair in the bed, making us question whether the linens had been properly changed. The kitchen sink also would not drain properly, making it inconvenient to use during our stay.To make matters worse, the home lacked even the most basic hospitality essentials. There were no paper towels, little to no toilet paper, and no hand soap provided. These are standard items that guests reasonably expect to find in a vacation rental.Overall, the property felt poorly maintained and not properly prepared for guests. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I believe future guests should know what to expect. I hope the owner addresses these cleanliness, maintenance, and stocking issues because the property has the potential to be much better than the experience we had.

San Tan Valley House

This house was perfect for us. The location next to the San Tan Mountains, Johnson Golf Course, pools and pickle ball courts was a huge bonus. Shawn was easily available for all questions. Beautiful home. Duane and Tracy Thelen North Dakota

March stay in San Tan Valley

We spent 24 nights at the house. We enjoyed our stay and the location. We did find the bed in the master bedroom to be uncomfortable, as well as the couches, especially the one in the small den. We enjoyed the pool & private backyard. We fed the hummingbirds and enjoyed watching them at the feeder! Thank you Shawn for sharing your house with us.
