Simple, Cozy and relaxed, pet friendly condo, walking distance to the lifts at Canyon Lodge. Convienent setup with sleeping areas in both the studio and loft, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, gas fireplace, and designated garage parking spot. Strong reliable WiFi clocked at over 200 mbps. Complex amenities include: 2 Jacuzzis, Sauna, Lounge w/ Pool Table and TV. Short 10 min walk to Canyon Lodge and 50 yds off the ski back trail. Must be able to walk up 1 flight of stairs, condo is on the 2nd floor.



The Space:

Living Room:

Relax on the cozy leather couch in front of the fireplace. Watch your favorite movie on the 65" flat screen TV.



Kitchen:

Stocked for cooks, the kitchen is filled with all the cookware and supplies needed to whip up your family's favorite meal, or warm-up for a day on the slopes with your favorite cup of coffee.



Bar:

The bar features a hide-away table to enjoy your favorite meals.



Sleeping Nook:

Guests can enjoy a good night's sleep in the cozy twin bed located on the far side of the living room. The trundle under the bed pulls out to provide a king sized bed sleeping area.



Downstairs Bath:

A full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is located downstairs.



Upstairs Loft:

The upstairs loft has a king size bed across from a flat screen 40" television. Just off the sleeping area is an office area with a desk monitor and chair. At the top of the stairs there's a full bathroom with a soaker tub with waterfall shower head, toilet and sink,



Parking:

The condo includes one dedicated, garaged parking space. Additional outdoor parking spaces are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.



Amenities:

Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club features one of the best lineups of amenities of any complex close to the slopes. Amenities include:

- Pool

- Two Hot Tubs

- Game Room with a Pool Table couches and a TV

- Tennis court

- Basketball court

- Volleyball court

- Horseshoe pit

- Picnic area

It's the ideal location in both summer and winter.



It’s a great space for a couple of adults or a small family with kids.

The Neighborhood:

This condo is located in a part of town closest to the ski lifts, hiking trails and mountain biking trails. The condo is a 10 min walk to the ski lifts and a 20 min (1 mile) walk to the nearest shops/restaurants in the Village. The location is perfect for anyone who values the convince of staying close proximity to the mountain.



Getting Around:

Mammoth offers a great for public bus system that runs regularly throughout the year. The closest bus stop is the Blue line stop #73 located at the bottom on the driveway along Canyon Blvd. After walking to the bottom of the driveway turn right onto Canyon Blvd and walk toward the mountain for about 100 yards until you come to Stop #73. The blue line does a continuous loop from the Village to Canyon lodge and back, leaving every 15 min. Look up "Mammoth Lakes Transit" online for a detailed map with departure times.



Other Things to Note:

The Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club complex is conviently located just a 10 min walk to the chairlifts at Canyon lodge or a 20 min walk down to the Village. Please note, the driveway from Canyon Blvd to the entrance of the complex is steep and can be very slippery in the winter. When staying here in winter months make sure to carry chains if your car does not have 4X4/AWD with mud/snow rated tires.
