Charming and spacious brand new - July 2024 - 2 BR, 2 BA villa on stilts

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The Master bedroom has a King, and the second bedroom has two Twins. The Master bathroom has a very comfortable stand-alone tub as well as a spacious shower. Both the bedrooms have 55-inch smart TV’s, and the living room has a 75-inch smart TV and there is free WIFI (speed up to 1 GB).

The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a BBQ on the enormous porch on which you also find an outdoor dining set and a lounge set.
And if you do not feel like cooking there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

This house will sleep a maximum of four persons.

The house is in a gated community with its own Marina, fishing pier and boat ramp. Just a short walk from the house you will find the community pool.
Underneath the house there is more than enough room to park your cars (and if necessary, your boat trailer). Bring your own boat (docks are available for rent and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft) and enjoy the Homosassa Springs, where the Manatees live during the winter or go up the Homosassa River to the Gulf of Mexico for your scalloping during scallop season. The dolphins are out all year round. The nature coast area is also known for great fishing experiences.
For the golfers there are more than enough golf courses in the area. Among them the just reopened Cabot Farms golf courses (formerly known as World Woods).

Wonderful stay!

Great location for our family. Close to a variety of local restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room to enjoy family games and dinner inside or on the deck.

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 minutes).
