Summary:
Mykonos is a luxurious 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Santa Barbara vacation home perfect for a small family.

The Space:
The spacious interior can accommodate up to 4 guests, and don't forget to bring your pup along as Mykonos is pet friendly! Surrounded by white walls and fine furnishings, guests can get their Greek island fix without even leaving California. Enjoy sunny days on the many outdoor decks or take a short bike ride down to the beach.

Please be advised there is construction noise in the neighboring unit, during daytime hours, at least through May 1st. We are working with the neighbor to minimize any disruption during your stay. City allows for construction between 7am and 8pm.

Upon approaching this vacation rental guests will have access to a 1 car garage through the gated entry on the ground floor. he main level (3rd floor) of the home features a crisp white interior with blue coastal finishes. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating options placed around a gorgeous fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. After a day of exploring the city, light a fire and curl up on the couch to watch a movie. A DVD player and WIFI are provided for family entertainment.

Continuing past the living room guests will find an open floor plan seamlessly connecting the kitchen and dining area. Laundry closet is located off of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a generous amount of counter space. Anyone will love cooking their favorite dishes in here, some may even be tempted to try out some new recipes. When your meals are ready to be served have all guests take a seat at the dining table. The dining table has seating for six, so everyone can enjoy a home cooked meal together.

The second floor holds the two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. At the end of the night when you are ready to receive a good night's rest, choose from the master and guest bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-size bed, TV, has a private deck, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom offers a tranquil morning - soak in the jacuzzi bathtub or enjoy the walk-in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom holds a Queen-size bed, TV, reading nook, and similarly has an ensuite bathroom.

On the 4th floor, the rooftop terrace may be the best feature of this home. A variety of outdoor seating is sprawled along the deck. Settle down in front of the outdoor fireplace or fire up the grill to dine alfresco. While lounging in this area you are sure to witness some breathtaking sunsets as the sky transforms to pinks and golds.

- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250 per stay. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Mykonos apartment

We enjoyed our stay at the Mykonos apartment in Santa Barbara! The location was perfect…within walking distance of great restaurants, beach, and transportation. The home was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely return!

Santa Barbara trip

Property was just as described. Walking distance to all things, Santa Barbara! Just two blocks from the beach, a short walking distance to Stearns wharf and also short walk to State Street. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

second stay

We absolutely loved this place the first time so obviously we came a second time. What went wrong with our stay the second time though is that the unit that is adjacent to this one started construction (hammering) at 730am in the morning every single morning we were there. We left a day early since it was really killing our relaxing vacation vibe.

Perfect Santa Barbara Getaway

We were visiting Santa Barbara for a wedding and this property was perfect for us! The location is great and very walkable to the funk zone as well as the beach. The property was beautiful and matched the pictures on the listing. Lastly, the communication was very prompt from the host which was always appreciated!

Fantastic location and beautiful house .

We were extremely happy with the house and all its amenities, The kitchen was great and the outside deck is a great place to entertain and eat local food that we cooked , very close to the best shopping and restaurants

Close to the Beach

This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased with this property. It's very nicely appointed, spacious for a family of 4, and we enjoyed all of the decks and outside space. The proximity to the beach was great as we enjoy jumping on bikes and riding along the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful condo conveniently located near State St. We especially enjoyed the rooftop fireplace in the evenings. We most definitely want to stay here again. Just be aware that it is multiple levels so there are stairs.

Very nice. Bath tub drain didn’t hold water very well and the water heater didn’t support the tub bath. That was very disappointing, other than that it was perfect.

The Best of Santa Barbara

We have been spending vacations at Mykonos for seven years! We started out with a two week visit that has evolved into spending an entire month there for the past three years. It is a perfect getaway--very well maintained and tastefully decorated, perfect location--steps to beaches, restaurants and downtown, great roof deck with beautiful views, and plenty of convenient, secure parking. I would highly recommend Mykonos to anyone who wants the best of Santa Barbara!

We had a wonderful time. The best part about staying at the condo is the location. We parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere! This condo is close to the ocean, pier, and State St. for shopping, Farmers Market and so much more. The walking trails along the water are beautiful! The condo itself was a pleasure to come home to.

Beautiful Dog Friendly Townhouse

We loved staying at this beautiful Mykonos Pet Friendly Townhouse. It was nice having the single car gated garage parking. My friends were able to find street parking on the day we arrived and I drove us around so they didn’t need to worry about finding parking. The Townhouse was clean and we didn’t lack for anything. It was nice to have laundry available too! We all said we would stay here again!!! Thank you for our lovely stay!

Beautiful, comfortable and walkable to all attractions

We loved this property. Specifically,the location as we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. The views from the rooftop deck were stunning, especially at night. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean, modern and spacious. The tub in the master was a dream after a day of walking! There are several flights of stairs in this home. From bedroom area to main living area and again to deck. The only improvements we could suggest would be perhaps a redo on the bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. They were definitely looking very worn.and discolored we did have some issues communicating with the company when it came time to receive information on how to get inside this home. I had a lot of back-and-forth and still didn’t receive what I needed. Perhaps I was asking a bit too early, but we were actually on our way to Santa Barbara and still hadn’t received the information. Eventually, all worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring break good times

House was well appointed, walking distance to all the state street and the funk zone have to answer. Great views from the rooftop. Loved the dumbwaiter, an added benefit of moving into and out of the condo. As an FYI to the manager, the deadbolt to the garage could use some WD-40.

Pretty perfect

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful condo. The outdoor spaces are very nice, and the rooftop patio has beautiful views at day and at night. The bedrooms are spacious and each has it's own bathroom. There is also a half bath. It's within walking distance to State St., the Warf and the Marina, with many top restaurants/bars close by. It also has bikes and beach chairs/toys. We will be back.

Spacious and central location.

A spacious well located place to stay. Easy walks to restaurants and the waterfront. Our only challenge was it was a hot few days and no air conditioning. It was hard to cool off and sleep. They did have fans in the bedrooms. Coming from SW Florida we are used to central air everywhere. So we understand that’s not the usual in Santa Barbara.

Sweet Home away from Home

For our family Mykonos is for real coming home to Santa Barbara. For the past nine years we have spent our summer vacation in Santa Barbara – our happy place ☺ – and for the past three years we lave stayed at Mykonos and we are looking forward to this upcoming summer at Mykonos as well. The condo is beautifully decorated with all you need. You can barbeque on the patio right outside the kitchen area, enjoy a glass of chill local chardonnay in the “sky bar” on the roof top overlooking the Pacific. The location is perfect and in walking distance to the beach and the restaurants at the Break Water, Stearns Wharf or State Street. Take a stroll down town and go shopping or explore The Funk Zone restaurants, wineries or maybe spend an hour of cross fit.

Beautiful condo and a prime location

If you want a fabulous place just a few blocks from the beach and State Street, you could hardly do better. Having your own garage in an area where parking is tight is also a huge plus. Like all vacation houses, it has a few quirks, though: The rooftop deck is as beautiful as the photo, but it's one of 4 side-by-side decks. So a loud group next door will definitely be heard. This deck has the best view of the mountains though. Having all of the bathrooms on the bottom of 3 floors is nice at night, but it's a floor below the living room and kitchen and 2 floors below the rooftop deck. The kitchen is also one of the best we've ever had in a rental, right down to how well stocked it is.
