Built around 1800, this property offers the charm of a historic home alongside modern renovations like an open-concept kitchen and living area, updated bathrooms, ample closet space, and many newer systems. This charming house offers a primary bedroom with a king bed, dedicated workspace, television, and ensuite full bathroom. The large second bedroom has a queen bed, sleeper sofa and multiple closets. Down the hall is another bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle for additional guests. A large bonus living room provides flex space for work or rest (another sleeper sofa). A private back patio is the perfect space for relaxing, grilling, or dining al fresco. Enjoy the convenience of two off-street parking spaces, WiFi, heating and A/C, a washing machine and dryer, and other great amenities. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.
