Lovely spot across from the beach in Rockport

We had a wonderful time at this property. The interior is amazing from the large eat in kitchen with beautiful countertops and a huge amount of drawers and cupboards stocked with everything. The house has many areas for gathering and beautiful decks on each level with water views. Also, only a ten minute walk to downtown Rockport. We intend to come again.

An Amazing Weekend

Our first time in Rockport together exceeded all of our expectations! The property was so close to town that we could walk to Bearskin Neck where we could shop, eat, and enjoy the natural beauty of the ocean along the way. The house was fully supplied with all the comforts of home and even had a gas grill, which we ended up not using...this trip anyway. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our group of six. Our only regret was that it was too short of a vacation. It was easy to create fond memories with lots of laughter in this beautiful home. Mike was an exceptional host!

Beautiful home in the perfect spot

The house was just as described; lovely, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed parking the car and walking into town, to the beach, and exploring the area. Hated to leave :)

Perfect location!

The house is in a perfect location. Quiet street but walking distance to the beach and downtown Rockport. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. The roof top deck is a huge plus! Would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Views !

This was our 2nd year at the rental. Love the location and house. I could sit for hours on either deck looking out at the ocean. So relaxing ! House is exactly as described. Mike is assessable and very helpful!

Great location!

We picked up our daughter from Northeastern for a long weekend. Spent 2 nights here, great location, quaint town. We were walking distance of restaurants and trails. House clean, great to have coffee on the patio and look at the ocean. Would return here.

Beautiful, relaxing getaway!

Loved the house and location! The place was exactly as described. It was close to town yet far enough from the crowded tourist. We enjoyed the live music on the common. The neighbors were all so friendly. Our favorite place was the top deck where we sat every evening looking at Back Beach. By far our favorite rental house in Rockport and hope to visit again next summer.

Excellent Stay in Rockport

We loved the location - views from the home to the ocean, walk to the beach and downtown Rockport. Perfect for my family with 3 adult kids, everyone could come and go as they pleased. LOVED the concerts at the Gazebo on Sunday and Monday night. What a pleasant surprise. We sat on our balcony and had dinner while listening to the music. Would definitely stay again!

We are so happy that we had the opportunity to stay in this lovely home in charming Rockport. The property is in a great location. We walked to shops, restaurants and the beach. The view of the water from the deck is spectacular! The home was very clean and provided everything that we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet. Clean and Great Location

This was just a quick stay while helping a friend move. The property was just as described and in a great location for walking. The beaches were not even a 2 minute walk away. Downtown Rockport was maybe a 5 minute walk. It was extremely clean and was easy to find. I appreciated the towels being laid out on the beds especially since we got in late our first night. Property owners were very prompt with the instructions for the site and extremely friendly.

Rockport MA with 2 outside decks with great views

The location of this property was terrific with great views of Back Beach in Rockport MA from the 2 outside decks and the kitchen window. The kitchen was up-to-date and easy for food preparation. Two nice places to eat: breakfast nook and dining table. Great driveway that can accommodate 3 cars. Two comfortable sitting rooms and 3 bedrooms. Pleasant neighbors in close nearby houses. An easy walk through Rockport downtown. Two blocks from both front and back beaches. Outdoor shower. Good water pressure in the bathrooms. Lots of bedding and house and beach towels. Highly responsive property manager!

Great Family Weekend

We visit family in Boston the first weekend in November every year. Decided to change it up and head north as none of us had ever visited Rockport before. The location is absolutely perfect, and in auick, easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The home is incredibly spacious; the kids utilized the middle sitting room to play while the adults relaxed in the living room. We were fortunate enough to have warm enough weather in November to sit outside on the deck and enjoy the coastal views.

Simply perfect

We are two couples (over the age of 50) who had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property in Rockport. The location could not be better with beautiful water views from the windows…relaxing walks to shops and eateries…and quick drives to other towns. The property is immaculate and stocked with anything you could want. Our host was terrific to work with. We miss Rockport already!
