Enjoy the great outdoors and historic charm in this cozy, updated downtown Leadville home. Tastefully appointed with a brand new kitchen and all new furnishings. This home offers a comfy living room with large TV, dining room with extra daybed, 2 private bedrooms, a bathroom with clawfoot tub, and laundry room. The kitchen is stocked for everything you need to eat at home or walk/bike/drive a few blocks to Harrison. 300 MBPS Wifi. Views of Elbert & Massive

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed. There's also a daybed in the dining area, but the limit is 4 guests in this home. The kitchen was remodeled in October 2023, new carpet in 2023, and new paint in 2024.

Enjoy views of Mt Massive from the back yard off the brand new deck and lounge chairs. Covered parking in the winter in the newly updated garage.
