Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighborpolicy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool can be heated for a fee of $150 for each week and needs to be told 24 hours before check in to make sure it is warm before renter arrives. Also pool gets cleaned each Monday in the am.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: Dock size is 60 ft. Guest could bring a boat up to 30 ft.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
