* Only 5 cars allowed to park in the driveway at the house. Additional cars can be parked in town in the Albertsons parking lot.

Yes check-in was quick and fairly easy. The house was roomy, very clean and comfortable, and suited our family of 10 perfectly (grandparents, 2 married daughters with 2 children each).

The Vineyard House is at its infancy as the surrounding hillside of this property will be filled with lush grapevines. On this private drive are homes belonging to family’s that support the local community and the rich history in farming and restorative living by the ocean. As we grow this property, we welcome many to gather and make memories as we develop this space and property to enrich the hillside and local area.
