Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months

-Please clean out the wood-burning stove, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used.

-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used during your stay. Most importantly, please inform us 1-day prior to your checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place to recover from white water rafting!

We needed to change our reservation twice and Justin was extremely easy to contact and work with.
Great place for morning prayer time.
Dinner here every night.
We rafted the Chatooga river section IV. Highly recommended as well!

Clayton vacation

Property was nice. Very clean and quaint. The backyard could use a little TLC, especially around the fire pit. The Gravel road to the unit Is a little rough but certainly doable. View is as advertised.

Fantastic view

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a property that was as well stocked and as comfortable. Little things like tissues in every room and a decent potato peeler make a big difference. The operation of the can opener remains a mystery though. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The view was awesome and I imagine stunning in the fall. The driveway was a bit of a challenge especially if you have a large vehicle.

Amazing Property

This property 'wowed' us in so many ways! The home is so clean and well thought out. No detail is spared. In every room, we found tiny details that show these owners cared about us and our stay. They have thought of EVERYTHING to make you feel comfy, cozy and at home. Every room was precious. The kitchen left nothing to desire or imagination. The entire home is great for a few people or a group. The highlight, however, is the view from the back of the house/deck. It is STUNNING! We were able to spend so much time out there. There is no shortage of incredibly nice outdoor furniture to relax on and take in the beauty of the mountains. And if you need to the fire pit table is a great gathering spot to warm up on a cold evening! We will most definitely be returning! This property is everything we hoped it would be for us and we are so thankful to have found it!
