Upgraded Homes (duplex) on a large canal, each side has a 3/2, each with its large garages, sharing an 80 ft concrete wide dock where you can dock your one large boat daily. (Totaling 2 homes, 6 rooms, 4 baths). Plenty of parking (10 spaces) and one trailer per home. Canal opens to Ocean & Bay via Vaca Cut. On the Island you have 4 restaurants, Marina, Golf, Park and Sunset Beach to watch the sunset.
