Nokomis Beach Duplex

Excellent vacation condo with plenty of space. Great pool/patio area, all beach supplies provided: wagon, chairs, cooler, games etc. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Great property

The house was super clean with plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the heated pool was wonderful. The kids loved it. The location was convenient, 10 minute walk to beach and you provided all the toys, chairs, umbrella and towels along with the wagon to spend the day. Also, minutes from shopping and restaurants. We would definitely vacation there again.

Nice house, great pool, very close to Nokomis beach

Lovely stay at nice place, rather new furnished, good kitchen facilities, great pool and the best of it was 5 min walk to lovely beach. Lot's of beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, etc.) available to use. We loved it even though we had first some problems with pool due to algaes, the owner fixed asap tough. Recommend it!

Great property in a wonderful location!

We hope to return next year!This recently updated duplex was well-equipped both indoors and outdoors. Recently updated kitchen had everything we needed. Very spacious living and sleeping arrangements made it perfect for two couples.Easy walk to beautiful nokomis beach and good restaurants or a short drive to many others. Garage was full of outdoor games and equipment, including ping pong, pickleball and kayaks.

Our stay was exceptional! The host was very easy to work with and the pool and house were so clean and welcoming. We loved that there was a starter amount of coffee, sugar, salt, and even trash bags which allowed us to enjoy our first day without having to rush to the store. We loved the location and ease of access to Nokomis Beach. The beach was very clean and the locals were friendly. There were tons of chairs, umbrellas, carts, and toys for the kids to play with at the beach and floats for the pool. There were also lots of games inside for those rainy days. We are already planning our next trip! I highly recommend this rental.
