The unit is 400sf and accommodates 4 people max. It is most ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. The bathroom is in the bedroom. There is a queen sofa couch in the living room. There is 1 assigned off-street parking spot, for compact cars. No oversize vehicles are allowed in the one assigned parking space. Parking spaces are long and narrow. There is room for guest tandem parking for compact cars. All other vehicles must use the metered parking on the street. Shared coin operated washer and dryer. Shared gas BBQ grill.
