As usual the closeness of everything within walking distance was so convenient and i love being able to get up and walk in the morning along the water on onto the pier before everyone else is up. Another nice visit to Oside

Great location with gorgeous beach/pier views from patio and short walk to everything downtown! Kitchen had any needed supplies for short stay. Easy in/out with code lock on front door. Did find ventilation was a bit difficult with front doors blowing closed frequently. Parking space too narrow to open car door (get a child in car seat) with neighbor also parked in their spot but plenty of street parking available that weekend.

Clean and close to the beach.

It is a great place for a couple to spend time at the beach. Close to everything, very clean and the host was quick to respond to any questions. We will for sure be going back.

Empty nest workcation in paradise

Loved being directly across the street from the ocean and watching all the surfers. Beautiful sunsets! Easy walk to restaurants and Parlor doughnuts. The space was small but perfect for two of us - bright and extremely clean and tidy. Our dog loved sitting in front of the glass doors and watching all the people walking by!

Clean Space in Convenient Location

Second time staying here and look forward to returning. The space is very clean. Photos are accurate. Location is perfect to walk to everything O'side has to offer and having reserved parking is so helpful. View of the ocean is the best part about this space. Lots of time spent on the patio enjoying the view and visiting with people walking by. Thanks for giving us a much needed escape!

Nice small apt

Perfect size for staying a few days. It is located within walking distance to a lot of stores, food, and attractions. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only small issue was the refrigerator makes a weird chirping sound that can be a little annoying when trying to sleep. I saw that other reviewers had mentioned this as well. Still worth renting the place even with the noisy fridge.

Clean, neat and perfect for two.

The kitchen is well stocked with preparations equipment, well organized and easy to clean. Door handle could use some lubricant maintenance, but had no hinderance in opening and understood what saltwater does to metal. Parking for Unit A&B is tight so compact cars only. Driveway is extremely small and tight, with high curb drop off ; for experienced backup drivers only or possible vehicle damage. Rental agents very accommodating. Would consider booking again if ever returning.

Great place/location for ocean view and sea air!!

Truly enjoyed our stay...the view and setup was wonderful, but prepping for leaving was difficult. Having to strip the bed, bag all linens was hard for me and spoiled the experience. Having to be out by 10am was a bit early too with all those extra duties. For me, getting the mattress cover off was impossible for us.....I had to leave a note of apology. Did all the rest ok.... considered going for a month next year, but think not. Will try another place.

Pamela, I am sorry for the inconvenience, these steps were mandatory Short Term rentals during COVID, we had to comply with Health and Safety rules. We have now removed the extra duties and gone back to our simple check out process. Which is this -  Remove/Empty Trash – regular trash has GRAY lid, recycle has BLUE lid. Trash bins are location behind the building.  Discard used food items  Load & Run dishwasher, if needed  Turn off heater, fans and all lights.  Close the umbrella on the picnic table.
