Ocean front vacation rental. You have all the comforts of home with the beach just a short stroll away! This property features french doors facing ocean you will enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves & the wonderful sunsets from your private patio! There are 3 units in the building. These units are newly remodeled with all new appliances, dishes, linens and furnishings. This is a single story end unit with private patio. This property features a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals with ease while enjoying the sounds of the crashing waves. The comfortable bedroom has a queen size bed and the living area's double doors open up to let in the ocean breeze. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV where you can enjoy your shows on cable from the couch and FREE WIFI access for your internet needs. You also have private access to a storage shed for your bikes, surf boards and other beach toys. The unit is 400sf and accommodates 4 people max. It is most ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. The bathroom is in the bedroom. There is a queen sofa couch in the living room. There is 1 assigned off-street parking spot, for compact cars. No oversize vehicles are allowed in the one assigned parking space. Parking spaces are long and narrow. There is room for guest tandem parking for compact cars. All other vehicles must use the metered parking on the street. Shared coin operated washer and dryer. Shared gas BBQ grill. Private patio and private storage. This is a NO SMOKING property, no smoking is allowed in the units, patios or anywhere in common areas. NO TAX for stays 31 nights and longer. STR Permit#029160

Clean Space in Convenient Location

Second time staying here and look forward to returning. The space is very clean. Photos are accurate. Location is perfect to walk to everything O'side has to offer and having reserved parking is so helpful. View of the ocean is the best part about this space. Lots of time spent on the patio enjoying the view and visiting with people walking by. Thanks for giving us a much needed escape!

Empty nest workcation in paradise

Loved being directly across the street from the ocean and watching all the surfers. Beautiful sunsets! Easy walk to restaurants and Parlor doughnuts. The space was small but perfect for two of us - bright and extremely clean and tidy. Our dog loved sitting in front of the glass doors and watching all the people walking by!

Nice small apt

Perfect size for staying a few days. It is located within walking distance to a lot of stores, food, and attractions. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only small issue was the refrigerator makes a weird chirping sound that can be a little annoying when trying to sleep. I saw that other reviewers had mentioned this as well. Still worth renting the place even with the noisy fridge.

Clean, neat and perfect for two.

The kitchen is well stocked with preparations equipment, well organized and easy to clean. Door handle could use some lubricant maintenance, but had no hinderance in opening and understood what saltwater does to metal. Parking for Unit A&B is tight so compact cars only. Driveway is extremely small and tight, with high curb drop off ; for experienced backup drivers only or possible vehicle damage. Rental agents very accommodating. Would consider booking again if ever returning.

Great place/location for ocean view and sea air!!

Truly enjoyed our stay...the view and setup was wonderful, but prepping for leaving was difficult. Having to strip the bed, bag all linens was hard for me and spoiled the experience. Having to be out by 10am was a bit early too with all those extra duties. For me, getting the mattress cover off was impossible for us.....I had to leave a note of apology. Did all the rest ok.... considered going for a month next year, but think not. Will try another place.

Not quite worth the money.

The location was right across from the beach which was perfect but Pacific St is extremely busy. All night even week days so couldnt hear the ocean. Place was clean but much smaller than I pictured. No TV in bedroom which I would have liked. No AC. Owner was very pleasant responded well. Dish washer was broken but usable. Owner said she would look at. Nice to have parking right in front of unit. Little small but fit my small SUV, Located near many restraunts easy walking. Great weather. Would have given better rating if pricing would have been smaller. Felt not worth the pricing.

Convenient Location

Small space but for 3 days it was ok for 2 ppl + small dog. Bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. There are also several places to eat within walking distance. The only negative was the annoying and constant clicking noises coming from the fridge

Beautiful ocean and pier views

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place looks just like the photos on the inside and we loved the location. It is very easy to walk to the beach, pier, and cafes. We spent a lot of time out on the patio at the picnic table and saw dolphins twice from there. The only thing to be aware of is the kitchen is very lightly stocked as far as spices, coffee/drinks, and no cooking supplies like oil, sugar, or flour.
