Coastal Bliss is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo located in One Particular Harbour. This penthouse unit boast all new coastal elegant furnishings with a picturesque view of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge/Tampa Bay from both the screened lanai and primary bedroom. Located on the fourth floor, this unit features an open concept complete with full-size kitchen, eat-in breakfast bar and everything you'll need to make a quick snack or full-course meal. The living room features a flat-screen TV and large sliding glass doors that completely open the whole room to the enclosed lanai where you can relax after a long day in the sun or enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The primary bedroom is located in the rear of the condo and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The two guests rooms are located at the front of the condo one features a king-size bed , flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom the other features a queen and twin bed with flat screen TV. But, that's not all! This unit also provides WiFi throughout, full-size washer/dryer and beach locker equipped with beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrella and bikes!

A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional luxurious amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

This property is located in a secure, gated community. A fob is required to access the gates, and you can conveniently pick one up 24/7 at a location on Manatee Avenue, making your arrival seamless.

* You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
* Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
