My granddaughter loved the pool. Anytime we were at the house she was in it. The house was beautifully decorated and taken care of. Mark was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was convenient for our planned activities. Having a pool onsite was nice. The air conditioning kept the house cool. Nice amount of parking. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. But there were only 4 forks in the silverware drawer. Unfortunately, there were not enough towels for pool use and bathing. There were not any hand towels or wash clothes. The host did have towels delivered after being notified. The shower in the main bathroom did not work. The shower curtain in the master bath looked like it was melted and did not stop water from leaking on to the floor. Had to exchange the curtain with the shower that was not working. It was inconvenient to share a bathroom when you had been promised two full baths.The bed in the master was very uncomfortable. It sank into the middle. Both occupants were unable to sleep comfortably because of the damage.The host checked on us at the beginning. After being made aware of the issues, he fix one (towels) but didn’t remedy the others. The cleaning crew showed up early. They had been told to be there at 10:00 but our check out time was 11:00. Unless the problems are fixed, I would not recommend staying at this VRBO.

Great Home

It was a great stay, host was very responsive, the location is central to explore tampa and get to the airport. The only negative is there is significant storm damage in the neighborhood, did not affect our stay, but other may not want to stay in an area where several homes are badly damaged.

Housekeeping quality was not great. There were 2 bath towels for 3 people. One of the beds had no sheets on it. the floors had alot of debris on them (pieces of fake eyelashes, clumps of hair etc througout the house). Lightbulb was out in the living room, and the remotes needed new batteries. There were alot of ant hills around the pool. Otherwise the host was responsive when we had questions about various issues....heat/ac controls, leak under the bathroom sink etc
