-->Welcome to our home! We love it here and hope you do too!

This residential ocean-front neighborhood is a hidden gem; a stretch of beautiful homes as a break in Myrtle Beach's miles of towers. An incredible ocean-front 1-bedroom condo in one of the best neighborhoods in Myrtle Beach, known as the golden mile. Less than 10 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, downtown Myrtle, dozens of golf courses, fine and casual dining, grocery stores, and amusement parks. It's a quick über or taxi from the airport and quick access to major in a quiet and nicely maintained section of the beach.

The true 1 bedroom is spacious & updated with a big, private patio, king bed, full kitchen, pull-out sofa, an extra air mattress, and laundry on site. Plus, you're up on the 19th floor, giving you rare privacy with a view. We usually sit in the kitchen and watch for dolphins in the afternoon!

Traveling with others? It can sleep 4 adults easily, or 6 people if you are traveling with kids or couples.

With a full kitchen you can make dinner for your whole family while you relax on the spacious patio. Unlike many of Myrtle Beach's condo buildings, no other patios look into yours, so you feel like it's your private beach!

You have access to an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna as well as an outdoor pool and sun deck. The lobby is clean, renovated, and well lit with couches, tables, and chairs where you and your guests can relax out of the sun. The beautiful Ocean Forest Plaza is maintained year-round by an active HOA with 3 fast elevators, trash chutes (seems like no big deal, but we've come to really appreciate not taking bags of trash down stairs!), and on-site security. The lobby has a pull-through covered entry so you can unload your luggage in the rain and stay dry!

Of course, we have to mention that there's fast internet and cable. You've gotta post a photo of the sunset ;) or kick back and watch a movie with dinner!

Amazing!

The process from A to Z was awesome! The place was clean and the view was amazing! Beach access 1 min away, the pool was clean. We would stay there again! We contacted him several times for simple things and he was quick to respond. The only thing was the garage ..narrow but once u do it several times it is not too bad! I would definitely give it 5 🌟!

First the positive: beautiful oceanfront view and owner was very quick to respond while there. The parking situation is not bad…it’s atrocious. Description states “updated” but the building and unit is very old, not in great condition.

Sadly we had to leave only after 3 days after we got there. Family emergency back home. The air cond. in condo was not good. It ran but rooms were barely comfortable. A/C needs work!

Wonderful experience! We would stay here again. The condo could have been cleaner. We cleaned it before we could relax and enjoy it, but once it was cleaned it was great!

Richard was incredibly responsive to my few questions. The condo is great and the view is exceptional! When not on the beach, I spent all my time sitting on the balcony enjoying the view.

Perfect getaway for anyone.

This property has it all, from a full kitchen to a bed fit for a king. The balcony is my favorite spot to sit and unwind after a day on the beach just hearing the ocean at night was worth every penny. I would recommend this property to anyone I know. Great Vacation Spot!

My fiance and I had a great time in Myrtle Beach! The condo was just as described, beautifully decorated, and that view was breathtaking! Best view ever!! Don't skip this one

This property is a gem!! Richard was such a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and understanding. The open floor plan is wonderful. Plenty room and space in the living room. And I loved that the bedroom was connected to the bathroom. Only thing I found displeasing was the guest before me did not sweep or wipe anything down in the kitchen and there was no iron and ironing board. Other than those two problems, this was an excellent propery. Will stay again.

Peaceful getaway with a wonderful view!

This condo was great! Thank you so much for letting us stay! Everything was comfortable and quiet, except for a bunch next door screaming throughout the mornings. Having a kitchen with everything we needed was a huge help for those nights we cooked in. One suggestion would be a toaster for the kitchen, that would help :) Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and the owner was very responsive throughout this wonderful vacation! Thank you so much and we will see you again next year! P.S. The view is the best thing about the condo. It is incredibly beautiful!

Great view and perfect location!

Stayed at this beautiful condo for 4 days with my best friends. The condo was very clean and very accommodating. The view was breath taking. I was able to catch the sunrise right out of the balcony. The beach is literally walks away. They also have a indoor and out door pool which was nice for night swimming. Communication with Richard was fast and seamless. He was very nice and prompt! Did I mention he also provided beach chairs and umbrella? That came in handy since we didn't have any! I highly recommend staying here! I would definitely come back! The condo does have a parking garage which was a little confusing to find. But overall this place is a must! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Nice and quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this week. All accommodations were made for our stay which was great! There are only a couple things that could've been a little better.....the mattress on the pull out sofa was not in good shape at all. My son decided to just sleep on the couch not pulling it out because it was in such bad shape. The foam piece on it was not appealing either because it was so thin. There was also a sewer gas smell every so often from the bathroom but we just kept the fan on in the bathroom most of the time. Other than these two things everything else was wonderful for our family and the kids have already said they would want to stay here again! Thank you so much for all your help Richard!

Amazing view!

This was a beautiful condo and very clean. We had our three kids with us and the pull-out sofa and air mattress was great! Only thing that I would suggest is a table or some chairs to sit on out on the balcony because that view is amazing. Will definitely come back to stay.

We had such a nice, relaxing stay! The condo is lovely and had all of the comforts of home. The ocean view is spectacular! We spent alot of time on the balcony enjoying the sights and sounds of the water. The beach was very nice as well and not crowded. Richard was great to work with! He was very responsive to my questions and provided great restaurant recommendations. Thank you! We would love to stay here again!

My brother and I renovated the 1 bedroom condo recently and are working on a dream vacation spot for the family.

Why they chose this property

We traveled to Myrtle Beach as kids for vacation. It's a fun place that's easy on the wallet and a great place for golf and food and people. I love it here! The Ocean Forest Plaza building was bought out by the HOA who takes extremely good care of the building--something we struggled to find in Myrtle Beach. Plus, it's right on the beach and the building is kept in impeccable condition. It made for an easy choice to buy the condo.

What makes this property unique

The building has an indoor AND outdoor pool and hot tub, a sauna, fitness room, on-site laundry, lobby area with seating and a coffee machine, easy parking, and a quite neighborhood. The beach is beautiful and the whole place is 10 minutes to anywhere worth visiting in Myrtle Beach!
