Custom Built hill-side home with Ocean views, a spacious Living room with Open Beam Ceiling, full Kitchen, three Bedrooms with one with a dedicated Work space with high-speed ethernet and Wifi.

14 gentle steps to the Front Door after which the entire living space is on one level. This home is centrally located to everything you may want to see or do: Walk to the beach, the pier, local shops and restaurants, drive 6 miles south to Morro Bay to sightsee, dine or play golf, or head inland to Paso Robles for Wine Tasting, to list just a few. Need to work, use the Office space with high-speed Internet. When done, fix something delicious to eat in the fully equipped kitchen, sit back, relax and enjoy.
The home is not suitable for toddlers and children under 7 years of age.

The nearest beach access is just a short walk away, with beach stairs leading down to Cayucos Beach

Local surf shops offer wetsuit rentals and gear for sale, while kayak rental shops also provide stand-up paddleboard (SUP) lessons.

You’ll also find whale watching tours, as well as day and overnight fishing charters offered by local operators.

The San Luis Obispo (SLO) Regional Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car.

Why they chose this property

Cayucos is a small town that sits 6 miles north of Morro Bay. It is a quieter and sunnier location than Morro Bay.
It is central to all you may want to do on the Central Coast--Tour, Dine, Golf, Beach walks, or just sitting outside reading a book.

What makes this property unique

Custom built with love in the late 50's. Built on two lots, it offers stunning views from the Living Room, Dining Room and the Workspace/Front Bedroom. A private deck and patio with views as well. Home is quiet and private with large space between homes on either side. It is not suitable for infants or children under 7 yrs of age.
