Close to RMNP & Hot tub makes this property worth the stay.

Nice property, hot tub is a plus. Only issue was shower is either cold or burning hot seem like there isn’t a middle ground.

Scenic and relaxing

The property was very close to RMNP, the private hot tub was great, and the place was clean. The only big downside for us was the fact that there was a really bright light right near our hot tub. We looked forward to seeing the stars but it was impossible with that light. We asked the staff to turn it off for one night but they never did.

I apologize that we did not address the light. I have checked with both of our managers and they are unaware of a request. I am not sure how you contacted staff, but please feel free in the future to call the office or submit your request through our Guest Services program. We also have a 24 hour line that can be utilized to reach us. We care about our guests' experience and want you to enjoy all that our area has to offer.
