Perfect Getaway in Estes Park!We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for two people, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We especially loved relaxing in the outdoor hot tub and listening to the peaceful sounds of the river at night. Such a beautiful and relaxing setting! The location was perfect for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and enjoying downtown Estes Park. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jace: We appreciate you taking the time to rate your stay and provide a review. However, we are surprised by your comment about spiders. We have not had this issue in the past, and it was not brought to our attention during your stay. We were accessible by phone 24 hours a day as well as by email, text, and through the Vrbo communication boards. We did inspect the unit after departure and did not observe any spiders. Please, in the future, be sure to bring any concerns to our attention during your stay. Jamie

The room was everything we needed and was perfect for two people! We loved the fireplace and hot tub. It was very quiet because it was the off season. Check in was easy and communication with the host was great. Also, there were plenty of towels!

This is a very nice property. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable, and very clean. The full size kitchen was very nice. The hot tub was a nice addition. I do have to say coming out to the patio there is very little space. There is a small table with two chair and no extra room. It would be very difficult to get 3 people on the balcony. We spent 4 days with 2 of those I was in bed with altitude sickness. So I can say the bed was very comfortable and I was very grateful for that.
