Great weekly rates (amounts to 7th night is free). Your all-season retreat in the heart of Estes Park, book now. Affordable luxury and great downtown location, open year round! On the second floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no pets 1BR, 2BA loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson River and Fall River. Newly furnished, this unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the loft upstairs and maybe a child or two in the sofa bed located downstairs in the living room (no door in between). Two 3/4 baths for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and outdoor grills. This unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher and oven, large balcony with river and mountain view and a skylight. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels. The mini washer and mini tumble dryer are for very small loads in emergency situations, please try the laundromat by Safeway for regular loads.

This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.

Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the river walk.

Ideal unit for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter.

We will refund you as much as possible if you let us know as soon as you can about a cancellation.

Great condo within walking distance to all the fun shops and restaurants in Estes Park. Our host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The condo was really nice, clean and comfortable. We'll definitely be staying there again in the future.

Nice and walking distance to downtown!

Room was clean and comfortable. The bedroom is in a loft upstairs. The room has two full bathrooms so up to 4 people can stay there. Stayed there during the summer, the AC works really well! Liked the lockbox idea so we didn't have to worry about remembering a key. Check-in and check-out was super easy. The place is right up against a busy road, but the traffic dies down by the time you want to go to sleep so there was no noise that kept us up by the time we wanted to go to bed. Parking is limited and a little different to access (from one direction only) so we got there at check-in and parked right away. Place is within walking distance to downtown which is what we were looking for! Will stay here again!

Close to downtown but alot of traffic

This Loft is very close to downtown with the river walk just across the street. The advantage of that is you can park at the condo and walk to anywhere within Estes Park for shopping, eating, etc. The downside is that it is right at a very busy intersection so you are getting a lot of traffic. Inside the condo you can't really hear the traffic but if you want to sit on the balcony, you will have to endure the noise.

Great location!

The loft was clean, well decorated and we couldn't have ask for a better location. Even thou it is close to street we didn't hear any outside noise once we went to bed. Also didn't hear other tenants. Overall was a great short stay and we would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

This condo has plenty of room. There was only my wife and I but we were not only able to sleep here we used the kitchen for several meals. There is also plenty of room to just relax or sit out on the balcony. There is a washer and dryer but it was more hassle to use than it was worth. The washer kept beeping with an error and we would have to lift the lid to reset. It took over an hour to complete 1 load. Also, the condo is on a busy intersection and it was difficult to get in and out of the parking. If possible I would suggest that you back into the parking area for ease of pulling out when you are ready to leave.

Convenient, clean, no parking

Very appreciative of how conveniently located this was, especially considering there were only a few parking spots for the entire condo complex. This was really challenging in the month of July which was a busy time in town. We walked everywhere which was nice. The condo was spacious and bright, with plenty of space for us and our two small toddlers. I was really only put off by a couple interactions with the owners. First, we received a weird note about only using the washer/ dryer for emergencies and requesting us to use the laundry in town at the local laundry mat. We specifically wanted a place with WD so that was an unusual condition to put on it. Also, before the trip I sent a note asking if we may be able to check in early and if they happened to have a high chair and the response I received was this: "The cleaning crew is very busy. I can let you know when they call me but unlikely it will be before 4pm. Our neighbors expect quiet, as these are honeymoon suites. I hope your kids stay happy". The rental said nothing about honeymoon suites, nor did it say anything about restrictions on children. Truly, I found this snarky comment extremely unprofessional and a bit threatening, honestly. It certainly did make me feel welcome, and put me on edge. Left a bad taste in my mouth
