Come and enjoy our recently restored three bedroom, two bath charmer, located right in the heart of San Diego's famed Little Italy district. Inside you are going to feel right at home with the natural light pouring through this spacious house. There is plenty of space to hangout in the kitchen, living room, and our large deck/backyard. Spend days and nights relaxing on the outdoor patio and lawn areas that offer plenty of space for entertaining or hanging out with the family.

The Space:
​​​​​​​There is plenty to do for everyone to be entertained- the group will have nice lawn chairs and all sorts of backyard games to chose from. Huge plus is we have 2 parking spots behind a gate on the property, so you do not have to worry about trying to find parking!

The home decor creates a great atmosphere where you and your group will feel at home. We have all you need for a great vacation in San Diego. We have a smart TV, speedy wifi, linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fully equipped kitchen to create meals and memories with your group. This place is truly one of a kind!

This home is located in one of the best locations in San Diego. You are within walking distance to all the best restaurants, art galleries, farmers market, and coffee shops. You are also a quick Uber away from the Embarcadero/Seaport Village, Downtown, and Petco park. But you may not even need to leave the neighborhood because it has everything you could ever want- art museums, restaurants, and the best Farmer’s Market in San Diego.

A little piece of heaven in Little Italy

An extraordinary stay for a girls or family trip. Beds were like clouds for comfy rest, back porch and yard were so fun for hangout and games, communications for checkin/checkout timely and owner so accommodating to make our SD adventure comfortable. Perfect location for exploring SD. Love love love!

Perfect little house in a GREAT location!

This charming property was a perfect home base for our trip! We very much enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck and people watching on the front porch. Plus, the yard was big enough for the kids to kick a soccer ball around, what a treat! The house was very clean, well-stocked with the essentials, and the beds were comfy. And the location was perfect! We even had local family and friends drop by who were in love with the sweet house in such a prime location. Stevie was very responsive to one silly question we had and was eager to help us make the most of the great little neighborhood! Thanks for sharing your great property, it helped make our trip that much better!! :)
