The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load Towels in Washer and Start
Leave any beds including pullouts unmade
Rinse off any outdoor equipment (kayaks, fishing, beach) return to original location
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO Parties or Events or excessive drinking.You will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds.
No children under the age of 13 should be left unsupervised in the pool or dock area. If this is violated you will be asked to leave with no refunds.
We have cameras on the entry door, pool area and dock area. These should NOT be covered up. If they are you will be asked to leave with no refunds.

The house was great and plenty of room for all 7 of us. Host was was very accommodating and easy to keep in touch with. Came in late and she had the lights on and holiday music! Very inviting. Pool was not heated but the kids liked it. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Had lots of other things for all our family to do, Kayaking, fishing, relaxing, watching the sunrise and the dophins play. Not far from things to do. We all enjoyed our stay at the Anclote Oasis and would stay there again.

Just right

We had everything we needed right at Anclote Oasis. I know there were other things in the area we could have done but we needed family time and it was a lovely setting for that. And we enjoyed Smashyo burgers! ... twice!

Nice property

House was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Obviously the street is a bit busy but that wasn't a major issue. It was too cool for us to swim but we enjoyed the vistas of the water in back. Beds were comfortable and water pressure for showering. Maybe could use more cereal/salad bowls and forks and spoons?

Hello! We live in Southwest Virginia but love spending time in and around the gulf coast of Florida. We have two daughters at UTampa so this property gives us an opportunity to visit as much as possible and we love sharing it with others to enjoy also! I manage the property personally so please let me know if you have any requests or suggestions.

Why they chose this property

Our home is right on the line of Holiday and Tarpon Springs. We love being on the Anclote River and being just a short drive to Tarpon Spring, Dunedin, New Port Richey or Trinity! We fly into PIE - in Clearwater and can be at our home in 30 mins.

What makes this property unique

Our property has an amazing view which offers sunrise and sunsets. Birds, manatees, dolphin and some gators love to visit. We also enjoy the little smash burger food trailer one street over. You will find lots of peace and quiet on the River. A couple of my favorite activities are watching Saturday College Football in the pool overlooking the Anclote and being able to visit the Gulf islands for shelling!
