Parking:
Parking is available in the downstairs garage, though spaces are limited and can be difficult to secure during peak times and weekends. Two parking garages are available, with rates at $4 per hour or $30 for 24 hours (subject to change). Parking is on a first come, first served basis, with no in and out privileges. As this is a public lot, availability may be limited. Street parking is also available for a fee, though it can be some distance away. Given the central location of the unit, a car may not be necessary as most amenities are within close proximity.
Pet-Friendly Policy:
Our pet-friendly home welcomes your furry companion, with a maximum limit of one pet per reservation. A $75 pet fee applies, and we kindly request that dogs weigh 45 lbs or less. Cats are also welcomed. In the event that our cleaning team identifies any pet-related evidence in the unit, a $150 pet fee will be assessed for the additional preparation required. Failure to comply and bringing a pet without paying the fee will result in a charge of $150 for the pet fee and a $100 penalty fee. Please note that pets must be on a leash or in a carrier in public areas at all times, and they cannot be left alone in the unit at any time.

•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Do not adjust AC thermometer down past 67 degrees. It will break the unit.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Shoes inside the unit.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund.
•Checkin time is 4 PM - 2 AM (fees will apply after 12AM)
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Pets on furniture
•Checkout time is 10 AM.
We reserve the right to keep your security deposit if these rules are broken.

Check In Issues: If you encounter any cleanliness issues or other concerns upon check in, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address them promptly.
Check In/Check Out: Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 10 AM. Early check in is not guaranteed due to our cleaning schedule. If you require an earlier check in, you may need to book the previous night. No check in is permitted before 10 AM, so please plan accordingly.
Respect: We take great pride in our home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Please treat the unit with care and adhere to all house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, including our long term residents. Your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and harmonious environment is greatly appreciated.
Sand: Please rinse off all sand before entering the building/unit to avoid clogging the pipes. A $75 fee may be requested if extra cleaning time is needed for excessive sand.
Laundry: There is no laundry facility within the building. However, a 24 hour laundromat is conveniently located just a few blocks away for your laundry needs.
Monthly Water Shut Off: There is a scheduled water shut-off every fourth Tuesday of the month from 10 AM to 2 PM. Please plan accordingly.
Amenities: Beach chair, beach towels, sunblock, and after sun care (aloe) are provided in the unit for your use and enjoyment.
