Easily one of the best if not THE best Vrbo stay my family and I have had the pleasure to stay at. We were in town for a dance competition and the proximity from here to the Myrtle Beach convention center was a breeze. Exactly as advertised, this is a very clean and quiet location. Michelle and Steve are outstanding hosts and the communication is second to none! I can’t stress enough how clean and comfortable this penthouse is! Excellent stay and definitely number one on our list the next time we are in town!

Great place! Very clean and accurate to description! Communication was great! We stayed while in town for our son’s spring break baseball trip. We hope to stay again in the years to come!

The condo was perfect for us. After a HOT baseball tournament weekend the A/C and AMAZING ceiling fans saved us after the long days in the heat. The full size washer and dryer was a surprise/bonus, too! It had everything we needed. Linens were bright white / new and there were ample towels available. Michelle was a great host - she accommodated our request and was quick to reply to all communication. The location was perfect; minutes from the ball field in Conway and super close to Broadway and all the kid stuff.

Top Notch

This is not your average rental. The owner has gone over and above to provide a clean and very comfortable condo. I was like staying in a home. Very rare, these days.

5 Stars! Absolutely Amazing! Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure your stay not only starts off right, focusing on the small details that make you feel like you are staying at a 5-star hotel, but continues smoothly the entire time you're there. Nothing beats the beautiful view, quiet neighborhood, and amenities! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

I've managed 5 Star Gold Crown Resorts in Myrtle for over 20 yrs. We enjoy making your memories something you can't wait to experience again! This is unit is a non-literal extension of our home. An extra space for our family to enjoy when they come to visit. During the time they are away, we are excited to share with you what we enjoy the most.
Come experience the beautiful Waterway of Myrtle Beach.

Why they chose this property

As locals of the area, we know the precious experience of the overlooked Waterway vs the over crowded & commercialized Ocean views.
We prefer quite peaceful views of the life of the Waterway. Just Imagine, watching Jet Skies, Yachts, Sailboats, Barges, Party Boats and your every day fishermen, all coasting by, rippling the water, hearing the birds and all the peaceful sounds of nature, as you sit in the unit or stroll on our well lit walkway.

Every day is a beautiful day!

What makes this property unique

Our decision was solely based on the view. It had to be unobstructed, year round, exciting, peaceful and SPECTACULAR! A view that you can experience from just about every space of the unit! Being 3-7 minutes away from everywhere is just a huge plus! Gated, Private, OnSite Security & loaded with amenities are just an added bonuses. Come see for yourself!
