The lake is steps away from a very comfortable house

I thought it was beautiful. There was some confusion with who was cleaning the place but it was quickly sorted out! Will visit again.

Overall we enjoyed most aspects of the house for our stay. The pros- house is in a great location, open floor plan and comfortable bed. The owner is very accommodating and responds quickly to messages. The cons- 2nd bedroom had a foul smell (the beds also smelled unbearable) that was being masked by a car air freshener so we were unable to use the room. Luckily we had an air mattress and put our daughter in the hallway, also the whole house had a strong odor and the couches weren’t clean and there was dog hair in the hallway. My suggestion would be to hire a different house cleaner. Otherwise it is a nice property.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay. The house was nestled nicely on a beautiful chain of ponds. Great for paddling, exploring, fishing, and a day out on the water.

We enjoyed our one week stay at the house on Danforth Bay. The deck was very comfortable, providing both sun and shade throughout the day and gave us nice sunset skies in the evening.

The dock for swimming and the use of the canoe made exploring the bay quite easy. A flat area near the water let us store our kayaks. The main living space in the house was quite comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen, a large table for dining and comfortable seating in the living area. Forced hot air heat gave us a quick warm boost on the chilly mornings. We liked the privacy between the camps and the neighborhood roads for morning walks. The owner was easily accessible through phone or email.

I took My girlfriend and our daughter here for our first vacation and it was one that won't soon be forgotten! When we pulled into the quiet little neighborhood surrounded by water and beautiful trees we knew we were in for a good time. Helen was very attentive and had an extremely fast response time to answer all of our questions and to accommodate us in every way possible. This place is perfect to spend your vacation just on the residence or any of the 30+ lakes that you're smack in the middle of! With a dock to fish off of every morning and night or to paddle out in the kayak and just enjoy the fresh air this is perfect. The house has everything you need to live like it's your own including all cooking equipment and a large bluetooth speaker to enjoy music all around the property that won't be hear by neighbors due to them being so far away. Lake Winni is about a 15min drive, I highly recommend seeing echo lake and the lake inside mount washington state park. (Fisherman) The largest Crappies I ever have seen bite right at the dock around 8:15pm! We will definitely be returning here!
