About the host
Hosted by Caroline Quinn
Hi! We're Caroline & David—longtime Colorado residents who love everything this beautiful state has to offer. After nearly two decades here, we've hiked the trails, chased the sunsets, and fallen in love with the mountain lifestyle.
Caroline has been in the short-term rental world for about ten years, helping design spaces, manage properties, and make stays better for both guests and hosts. Eventually, we decided to dive in ourselves and build a small, family-run business focused on creating great vacation experiences.
Hosting isn’t just a side gig for us—it’s something we genuinely enjoy. We love creating spaces that are welcoming, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that make a trip memorable. Whether it’s a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy reading nook, or a fast response when something comes up, we aim to make guests feel totally cared for.
One of the best compliments we get is when guests say they felt at home or that they could tell we really put heart into the place. That’s exactly what we hope for. We’re excited to share a little slice of Colorado with you and help make your trip special.

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it really has the best of both worlds—peaceful and tucked away, but still super close to everything you’d want to do in Colorado Springs. One of the first things that drew us in was the view. You can see Pikes Peak right from the front porch and windows—it’s especially stunning at sunset and makes the perfect backdrop for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
The neighborhood itself is quiet and family-friendly, but within 10-15 minutes, you can be downtown, hiking in Garden of the Gods, or grabbing a bite in Old Colorado City. It’s close to everything, but you still feel like you’ve escaped to the mountains.
We also love how friendly and welcoming the area is. Whether you’re here with your family, on a romantic getaway, or just looking to unwind, this neighborhood makes it easy to slow down and feel at home.

What makes this property unique
Don't take our word for it! Here are what our guests have pointed out in their reviews.....
What makes Pikes Peak Panorama stand out is hands down the view. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a stunning shot of Pikes Peak right through the windows—it’s seriously jaw-dropping and makes everything from morning coffee to evening hangouts feel extra special.
We’ve also made the place super family-friendly. Guests love how stocked the kitchen is (yep, you can actually cook real meals here), and there’s plenty to keep kids busy—like toys, games, books, and even a retro arcade and vintage pinball machine. We also have a record player that adds a fun vintage vibe, and it’s a hit with everyone.
What really sets us apart, though, is how we host. We (Caroline & David) genuinely care about making your stay easy, fun, and comfortable. You’ll see it in the little details and how quickly we respond if you need anything. A lot of guests tell us they feel totally taken care of, and that means the world to us.
In short: killer views, thoughtful touches, and a cozy, fun space that’s perfect for families, couples, and anyone looking to relax and enjoy the Springs.
