Your Clearwater adventure begins at this 2-bedroom condo. Walk into a large great room adorned with cottage style furniture and decor as well as mirrored walls to bring the water views in. Kitchen has been recently remodeled and offers stainless steel appliances along with state of the art washer/dryer. Each bedroom features a comfortable king bed ensuring a pleasant night's sleep for all guests. Enjoy swimming in the heated community pool. Walk across the street to spend your day at the beach. Explore the city using the trolly system for minimal charge or sit back on the balcony and watch the beautiful sunsets. Relax and enjoy everything Clearwater and our condo has to offer. 3 months minimal reservation.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The disposal room is in the main hallway between the elevator and the unit
Leave all keys sitting on the dining table. Lock the door as you leave. Please leave all towels inside the bathtub in Master Bedroom. All bedsheets pulled and left on the bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No stomping on floor since there are neighbors on the floor below.
