Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please insure all windows and sliding doors are closed, locked and blinds are closed.
If Summer, when leaving, leave AC on 74.
If Winter, turn off heater.
Please ensure all keyfobs and pool bracelets are left on kitchen countertop to receive full deposit and Apartment Key is returned to lock box and lock box LOCKED!.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
