Steps to white sand beaches on both the gulf and bay, this 2 bedroom 2 bath 7th floor luxury condo at Landmark Towers is right on Sand Key beach with gorgeous, direct sunset views from your large balcony to the West and sunrise views over the inter-coastal water from the second bedroom, kitchen, and your additional patio to the East. You will be close to the action with Sand Key shops directly across the street with the famous Columbia restaurant, Backwater's Seafood and Steak, Maggie Mae's for breakfast, Italian and Mediterranean, specialty stores, a convenience store, deli, ice cream and more all situated on a connecting boardwalk over the inter-coastal water. Walk, catch the trolley, or your favorite app ride 5 minutes to Clearwater Beach, voted the #1 beach in the US three years in a row by Trip Advisor. Or, simply walk out to our own white sandy beach and swim in the warm Gulf of Mexico. Two pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts (including pickle ball), and shuffle board are available to enjoy along with some of the nicest residents and guests in the state.

This condo is recently renovated throughout with an all new kitchen and appliances, furniture, new windows, and all the amenities you come to expect. The master bedroom has a king, the second bedroom has two twins which can go together as a king (both sheet sizes provided), and the living room has a queen sleeper to accommodate up to 6 occupants.

This is a monthly rental but the rates are listed by day and vary by season. This location is gorgeous all year round. You need not start on the 1st of the month. If the calendar is giving you fits or you are short a couple days, please send me an inquiry (ask the owner a question) and we can work something out. I'll answer any of your questions right away! Best summer vacation ever! A full month in paradise with amazing views of the gulf and inlet! Walk to beach was easy and private walkway with shower and hoses were a nice touch! Beach was awesome! Grandkids loved playing on the beach and in the water! Nice breezes made sitting on the beach relaxing! Home accommodated 6 comfortably! Kitchen was fully stocked for a long stay! Year round residents were nice and helpful! Overall grounds were well maintained! Loved the pool and out door grilling (gas and charcoal). Owners were super responsive and helpful! Definitely would recommend this unit anytime throughout the year. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are across the street with great views of the inlet. Every day we saw an amazing sunset! Never gets old!!!

We had such a great time! Condo is beautiful and working with the owners was so easy. We absolutely love Sand Key and this is the nicest condo we’ve rented in our 6 years of vacationing there. Can’t wait to go back!!

Great spot

Hard to beat the location. Condo was clean and had EVERYTHING you could need. Plenty of beach chairs. Wagon to pull all your beach supplies out to the relaxing Sand Key beach. Roger was easy to work with and responded quickly when needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Sand Key at Landmark Towers. The place was clean and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! Rodger was easy to contact and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. The Suncoast and Jolly Trolly provided cheap transportation to lots of beaches and grocery stores. Clearwater beach was very close by with lots of dining options as well. I would definitely recommend Rodger’s property and hope to return myself.

Sunshine and fun.

The first three and a half weeks were great. Roger and Wendy were simply great. The rendered help when needed and offered any assistance we could possibly need. Then Ms Helene showed her ugly head. Went through one hurricane and will never do that again. 3 1/2 days of no power on the 7th floor was no joke. Roger and Wendy refunded one week’s cost ( they were not obligated to do)

Spotlessly clean, the condo was just as pictured, well equipped kitchen, fast walk to beach.

We stayed in this unit Nov 28 - Dec 28, 2018. The owner was quick to respond to every question we had and very easy to work with. The condo seemed bigger than the pictures shown. The kitchen was so well equipped and laid out - we made many meals there. A very nice roasting pan turned out a great turkey! Loved the granite countertops and the tile floors. Even though we had quite a lot of cold, windy weather in December, I felt like we were enjoying the beach every day, because we would leave the blinds open every night in the master BR and wake up to the beautiful gulf view from our bed each morning. Just lovely to gaze out the windows and so relaxing. Also we would leave the entry door open some days so the morning sun streamed in the condo as in Dec there was not much foot traffic in the hall. We never got to putting the available furniture on that side to enjoy the morning, but having the door open seemed to serve that purpose very nicely. We appreciated having the foldable beach wagon to take the chairs and sand toys the owner provided down to the beach. It even fitted our pickle ball gear and swim suits for on the way back from the beach we could use the handy bathroom on the main level near the pool and tennis courts, so we could change without a trip up seven floors. We used that wagon a LOT and had many memorable times in the pool and playing pickle ball after playing at the beach. I also liked the nice faucets and hoses to completely get rid of the sand before entering the pool area. Also the boardwalk was very nice. I also liked the grocery carts the condo provided to take up the groceries. And the place was very secure with the parking lot only allowing those staying and recorded guests in. Even if the guard wasn't in the little building, they had a phone number to talk to them so they could buzz you in. In December, there were MANY guest spots available for friends and family that came to visit. I have stayed 4 other places in FL in Dec and this had the best guest parking we have ever had. Also the constant guard duty made it very safe. Most of all, we loved not having to drive somewhere to go to the beach. We did a LOT of driving around going to see our son in Dunedin and going various places with them, but every time we came home or got up in the morning, we were enjoying the beach. It truly is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in and want to come back next year.

YOU’RE GOING TO LOVE IT!

The condo is as reflected, it is clean, comfortable and includes all you need while you vacation here. The view is gorgeous, enjoy fantastic sunsets from your private balcony. The owner is very responsive and the location is perfect--close to Clearwater Beach, a short drive to Tampa, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, and the St Petersburg museums. The Jolley Trolley stops right in front of the building-take advantage of this, it’s so convenient and inexpensive. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend this condo. Don’t worry or hesitate that the property is not as portrayed, you won’t be disappointed. Just book it---you’ll have made a great choice!

Beautiful condo with incredible views! The condo was immaculate, beautifully furnished and nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location can't be beat with stores and restaurants across the street and the gulf in your backyard.

Have to say, this was such a wonderful experience! First off roger was so helpful and professional, he let us know everything we needed to and got back to us immediately with any issues or questions, even on thanksgiving weekend when we had an issue with the lock! He got right to us and walked me through it! The condo itself is absolutely beautiful, well stocked, and just as pictured! The condo is in great location and only 3 min drive to clearwater beach, but the beaches right out back the condo are perfect we stayed there the whole time unless we wanted to be in the busier beaches in clearwater beach! The pool and hot tub are also great! Just overall great stay, great condo, and great owners!!We would absolutely stay again !!!

I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place on Sand Key. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. A great vacation!

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities and more. The view is priceless, and it is awesome to wake up to the beautiful gulf each morning. My friend and I were in the water cooling off when to our surprise, a manatee swam within five feet of us. At first, we didn't know what this big gray mass was until she popped her head out of the water to get air. It was amzing! Roger was always ready to answer any questions or give advice. Thank you! Roger, Thank You for the wonderful stay in your beautiful, well-kept condo. I will be back next June. Yay!

Breathtaking Sunsets!

We were very pleased with our choice of accommodations for our April vacation. We had everything we needed, lots of space, a well equipped updated kitchen, pool and beach supplies, all in an excellent location. The view and the sunsets from our deck was spectacular! Communication with Roger was great. He responded quickly to all our inquiries. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Roger’s condo to family and friends. Thank-you Roger!
